“I don't Understand 17track it said my package was Delivered and it was not it happen twice i called and they told me they dont know nothing about sound weird to me”

I have had the surgery and no scooter to mobilise with. Apparently this type of abysmal service is not unusual for 17 tract. When clients depend on a delivery service, they fully expect to receive the goods. I have no idea why seller's keep using them. I demand a refund for the knee scooter. No photos added as I have not received anything!!!”

Totally got scammed. Waited for my package for 32 days...tracked it. Was very odd and I thought it was a bit strange when tracking was updated every 2 days at the exact same time. Very different than other tracking companies and it seemed to be already suspicious.
When it said it was delivered and it wasn't, I knew it was all fake. Very disappointed, since these items were a gift for someone special.
I ended up contacting my credit card company and they credited my card back. I reported the sellers. Luckily it wasn't a big amount.
Learned my lesson, not to buy things from websites through Instagram.
