According to the tracker I should have received my knee scooter several days ago. However, even though the tracker says delivered the item has not arrived. I have had the surgery and no scooter to mobilise with. Apparently this type of abysmal service is not unusual for 17 tract. When clients depend on a delivery service, they fully expect to receive the goods. I have no idea why seller's keep using them. I demand a refund for the knee scooter. No photos added as I have not received anything!!!
