SCAM. The company I ordered from, Callie.com is first in line for the scam; followed by 17track who continues the scam as the shipping company. It wasn’t an expensive item, it’s the principle involved!
I have never had an issue with Amazon. But buyer beware; Amazon is not vetting their vendors thoroughly. Callie.com is an Amazon vendor as well. Disappointed that Amazon is providing a platform for a scamming company.
