Had a package that has been in transit in the US since dec15 2023, I live on the west coast and per their tracking it arrived from over seas at
JFK on Dec 15th then it went to Philadelphia and back to New York and now it’s in New Jersey.
I finally contacted the company whom I bought my items threw and they were gracious enough to refund me..
