I have been waiting for a package to arrive for a month. Tracking never shows a city location. It just says arrived at next regional distribution facility. There have been no updates in 2 weeks. When I clicked on the help link and clicked on where is my package, my tracking now has 4 new updates with the final update saying that the delivery failed.
