After weeks of receiving bogus tracking details I became suspicious.
I've had identical experiences as the other people on here.
When they can't even tell you the arrival port of your country, or details of the domestic courier that's a massive red flag for me.
I've just completed my claim submission to PayPal to see if they can assist getting my money back from these criminals.
Strongly urge you to do this also.
Lesson learned & don't let these worthless criminals spoil your Christmas.
