Total scam. This is a fake tracking site used by scam vendors to make you think something is actually in transport. The site I stupidly brought from was qtvsshop.shop from a Facebook ad. It all looked American and never said it would be shipped from China. Beware of FB and Instagram ads.
There’s a whole web of fake support sites involved as well, including cshelp.vip and sservice.shop
