While Kelly in the Seattle office was most helpful, I was very disappointed there was no paper work provided to document the transaction. No invoice, no description of the product (request new, but don't know if it was a rebuilt), no warranty....no anything. Not a good way to run an operation. Causes doubt and suspicion. Don't know if the service person was reputable (non recognizable name of the service). I would not recommend the service to others given the concerns. I had to contact Jason to request some document. Could not provide a copy of the "warranty". The best was a separate statement that he made that there was a 3 year warranty, no terms, no description. He tried to sell me that it was on the battery or I could go to the manufacturer. I did not deal with the manufacturer, I dealt with YOU! BS. I have the feeling I will be hard pressed if not satisfied with the product. Who would take care of a potential problem? Looks like your "company" has significant work to do to build confidence in people, like me.
