“Unfortunately this has not been a pleasant experience and it will be my last purchase from your company. I ordered online, made an appointment, paid for the service and took time off from work to be there for a 12 to 2 appointment. When I didnt hear from anyone, I called you guys at 1:12 only to be told the order hasn't been dispatched yet and it seems like it won't be. It would have been great if I got a call or text from you guys saying that there is an issue I would have not wasted 3 hours of vacation time to sit here waiting for something that will not happen. Very disappointed and angry, my time was wasted.”

“They were 2 hours late for the appointment. But the tech was finished and car was fixed in about 15 minutes. A bit pricey but when you have no other option at the time, it was worth it (except the 2 hour past appointment time!).”

“I paid over $400 for my battery to be delivered and installed and NO ONE SHOWED UP! I scheduled between 10-12 and to customer service rep just said “I’m doing my best” when I called after 12pm to get an updated ETA.”

“The end result was a new battery installed correctly, however, communication from the time the order was placed until the installer contacted us was poor. The emails stated that the status was "Awaiting Shipment" the toll-free number repeated that the call was important to you for close to an hour while the option to change to text or call-back did not work. I was unaware of when to be available for delivery and installation until a call from the installer 11 minutes before he arrived. Very poor communication when I am paying a premium for rapid service.”

“I ordered the battery had the appointment set then I got a call the next morning and was told I needed a different battery and it would cost 129$ more...the initial battery cost almost 300$...needless to say I cancelled the order and went with a local company. I know my vehicle needs a new battery and thought this was a great way to get it done and not have to do it myself...big mistake...beware!!!”

“Most of my searches for "roadside battery replacement" incorrectly returned towing companies offering "battery service" (which means jump only). Additionally, "Roadside Assistance" offerings through my credit cards also only meant jumps. The pain of calling 5-6 places, often only answered by bots, was extremely painful. However, once I [finally] found the full roadside battery replacement service through 1-800-battery.com I was very happy. The request for service was 100% online...but not to worry...they texted me updates immediately and kept me in the loop as to the progress of my order. The gentleman who came to me was professional, knowledgable, and fast. They also took the old battery for recycling. A+.”

“We were very pleased. The technician arrived on time and installed the new battery. Since our battery was completely dead, we couldn't even jump start the car. We would have needed to have it towed. To have someone show up the same day and just take care of it was wonderful service.”

“I read the online reviews, which were great, so I put in a request for a battery purchase and installation. I requested a 9-11 a.m. window for service. I called at 11:30 to inquire on the status and was told that they were trying to locate someone to install the battery. Huh?? Why was that not on the website when I selected a service window? I specifically selected this company and service time becuase I had to be somewhere in the afternoon. The technician did not get here until after 1:30. Definitely not worth the price.”
