“I drive a BMW 328i, before purchasing I contacted customer service and asked specifically if the technicians will register my new battery to my cars system. Customer service assured me that the technicians were well trained on BMW and that they would register the battery so that way my new battery wouldn't be over charged and the IBS system wouldn't screw with my car. All makes and models from BMW after 2002 NEED to have a new battery registered to the cars computer system with a BMW Scanner or ODMII Scanner (some ODMII Scanners don't even do the battery registration so it has to be certain models) The technician came out a day late, with a 10 minute warning changed my battery and DID NOT REGISTER IT. Did not test it before hand. Did not test it after wards. Told me to try and start it and see what happens. Hooked ZERO scanners to my ODM or the battery. Did not use even a memory saver like customer service tried to tell me they use to bypass having to register the battery (which is just a lie anyways because memory savers do not bypass having to register the battery) I contacted customer service immediately by chat, phone call, and text and didn't receive any type of answer until hours later. When I finally received a text back after waiting on hold for hours the customer service agent told me that the first customer service agent I talked to who guaranteed to me that they registered the battery "didn't know what he was talking about." After going back and forth for an hour I was told my order would be sent to the claims department for either a partial refund or a new technician to come out and to stand by my phone for news, I said Thank You and that was the end of our conversation. It's been well over 24hr and I have heard NOTHING. $500 for someone to come out, screw up your car, and for you to have to take it to the shop anyways. Zero stars if I could leave it. ZERO.”

“My Porsche Cayenne battery died while I was in Europe for a few months ... I needed it replaced urgently before I left San Diego for a trip to Asia. Ordering through the website was fairly easy and I received a prompt confirmation. I had a bad experience (with another company) with a service in Hawaii for my wife's Mustang when the technician they sent did not have the correct connectors for the car (I had to order and replace them later). The pre-service communication was OK but not great which caused me some concern as the battery replacement for a Cayenne is fairly complex. When the tech showed up (on time), I asked if he had done a Cayenne replacement before and he said 'yes' ... sure enough, he knew what he was doing and did the replacement in less than 30 minutes. I am very pleased and the only reason I didn't rate you at 5 stars is the weak communications on the day of the appointment. You will be my 'go to' company for battery replacements going forward.”

“Order # 51237. Had 8 am - 10 am window. Did not receive service until after 12 pm. (Install tech was quick once on site). Did not receive any warranty info for battery, no box as tech simply pulled from back of his trunk Exide SX-H5/L2/47. This did not match what was shown on initial order sheet so not sure if correct. Also 2 confirmation emails showed price of $201..99 47H , second email showed battery price of $289.99.
i called customer service, waited on hold for over an hour, finally left vm for callback and have not received any followup call as of 23 hours later. Again, no issue with tech once on site but not sure about what i bought vs what i received along with wasted morning waiting to get service.”
