“I ordered brake pads and rotors but never got the rotors. The status said delivered but we only received the small box of brakes. Of course they had to investigate and found that the rotors were never shipped. At his point I requested a refund. 1 monrh later I get a text that the order status had been changed to completed. Etc....”

“My technician, Stacey, was excellent. Professional and very friendly. The whole service was very easy. I called, about an hour later i had a new battery. I don't think there was an upcharge on the battery, but even if there was, it was worth it because i didn't have to get my car jumped or towed. I highly recommend this service.”

“I chose the ASAP service which was estimated to be 2-3 hours. It took 7.5 hours. Once the technician finally got to my location the service was great, but I would have appreciated a more accurate time estimation.”
