I made an appointment for Monday between 12pm-2pm; the technician never showed up. Chatted with customer service, was told they would be there “most likely” the next day. Fine, no problem. Today, on Tuesday, no one showed up, no one called, no email. I informed them via email and text messaging to cancel my order. I’m not going to wait around for 3 business days for an appointment made on the beginning of the week. Most of Columbus, Ohio, is within 30 miles of my house. If there’s an issue with getting technicians to a customer within that area, then don’t offer appointment times you cannot keep.

The whole process was so easy, I was thinking that I was missing something. The technician was prompt, kind, and fast. Honestly, this was the best experience.

I had a tremendous experience with 1-800-Battery. I had same day service on New Year's Eve. My service technician, Denero Tunstall, arrived at my house and had my old battery removed and my new battery installed within a hour. Outstanding business and service. Thank you very much!!!

I’ve always receive excellent customer service from 1800battery. Most recently, we tried to start our car to find out the battery was too low. I placed the order, midafternoon appointment scheduled to find out not enough installers and we would need to be bumped to the next day. I called to see if there was any chance to get done the same day, and the scheduler/dispatcher and installer were great, the installer came out and got the job done quickly. I will always use this service for my battery needs.

Delivered and installed on a Sunday, which was great. Installer called to ensure I was home, was on time, friendly, and helpful.

Driver came 6 hours after I placed the order. His tool kit consisted of sockets and some hand wrenches. Most of the tools were all rusty and toolbox was a mess that it took him a long time to find what he needed. I was surprised to find that he doesn't carry extra battery terminals to replace existing ones if necessary.

My installer went above and beyond when he was given the wrong battery, by putting in the wrong one so I wasn’t stranded the next day. Then he procured the core battery and came to my office to complete the installation.

Process was easy! Email confirmation with date/time and battery selected. Until I received an email stating my order had not been fulfilled. The battery was not shipped/delivered. And then later my appt. has not been dispatched. They said that you would get updates, tracking updates, etc. etc. Nope!! Just left me with ambiguous thoughts. No call, no text, and no email telling me what to expect or what not to expect. The day of I had to chat/box asking what’s going on. No number to call, only a chat box. Was it AI, or was I talking to a real person. They told me to expect the driver/technician, and they would bring a battery, because mine was never delivered. They never showed!! No call.. No text.. No email telling Bad experience

I had to cancel our order. Originally, we were scheduled for a 2-4pm window on Dec 31st. Then I got a message requesting a window change to 5-6pm, which I accepted. Then, no update until Jan 2 this morning, through an early morning text message saying that a driver will contact us once on route. I reached out on the 31st by phone - the ensuing message by text was they were closed, but nothing else. Finally this morning, I called again at 11 am after not receiving any update, waited 10' for a live agent who told me they could not find a driver for us yet. This is unacceptable to have an order accepted when one is not able to fulfill it as indicated in the order, nor able to follow-up with their customer.

Service call was great but the warranty on the car battery not so much. They replaced a dead battery for me on 11/22/24 and on 12/24/25 the battery died again and had to be replaced again. This time I bought the max battery and service we will see what happens.
