Hello Richard, my name is Henry Mavrinac and I purchased a battery from you on 7/3/25. My experience was a good one except for one thing. When your technician was getting ready to leave I asked him for the 3 year battery warranty for my 2009 Saturn Aura XR. He told me he would email it before he left. When I checked my email there was nothing. Richard, I am old school and I want to see a paper warranty. If I have an issue with this battery I should be able to reference my purchase date with a paper warranty. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
