The person on the chat line answered all of my questions before I placed my order for a mechanic to come to my home and replace the battery with a new one two hours from the time of my call on a Saturday. I was given a link to be able to follow the mechanic, Ron Real, traveling to my home. He arrived on time and changed the battery quickly and efficiently. The service was not cheap, but it was worth every penny.”

“After waiting 4 hrs, tech arrived, put in battery backwards, had to redo it, the minute he drove away battery light cane on and as i drive to tires plus the car died at the light. When i called customer service they tried to tell me i had an alternator problem, 2 weeks prior i had my car checked bumper to bumper and nothing was wrong with it. The battery installed was a AC delco 47g but my receipt said i paud $289 for Diehard Gold 47H5. They are crooks and liars. I will be contacting my credit card company.”
