“Had my battery replaced in 2021, that died by July of 2023. A technician came out and replaced the battery and told me it would be covered under warranty. I was then changed full price for the battery, still fighting to get a refund. I decided to give the company a second chance while waiting for a refund which turned out to be a huge mistake! The technician showed up with the wrong battery (I put my vin number and license plate number on the site as they suggest to find the correct battery). The technician told me that he would still be able to put the battery in for the day and would be back tomorrow to replace with the correct one. They charged me again full price for the battery and the technician never came back today.”

“Overall, I had a terrific first experience using 1800battery.com. I initiated contact regarding my vehicle battery shortly after 8:00am on a Monday morning, and the entire installation was completed by 1:00pm that same day. Isaac, the mobile technician, was timely, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was quite pleased with the cost of my new battery (all inclusive). I selected the 'Best' level for my purchase and it all came in just shy of $340 - less than I would have paid at the dealership, all from the comfort of my own home. My only difficulty occurred when I was arranging the service through the website. I needed to call back to verify my payment even though everything had apparently already gone through successfully. I got through quickly however, and customer service assured me everything was just fine, and it was. If a friend, family member or neighbor were ever in a pinch with a dead battery like I was, I would absoutely advise them to get in touch with 1800battery.com.”

“I was expecting less from 1-800-Battery than I got. First, they took all my information and said they would send someone within a half hour. Second, not only did the workers show up, but they sent me a text to give me the workers' names, but they showed up within ten minutes of that time. They did a fantastic job of changing out my battery, but they also cleaned any corrosion that was in the area. I'd be happy to call them the next time I need a battery replaced.”

“The battery that they installed was dead, car would not start the next day, had to Tow it to the garage where they tested the battery and it was negative. Not Înalt did we pay for the battery replacement with 1800battery but we also paid the tow truck to bring it to the garage. Requesting refund for both”

“Wow, Once again a truly fantastic service. Jeff is meticulous and knowledgeable and a true pleasure to watch as he quickly and carefully completes the mission at hand. A bonus for me is the test of the charging system at the end of the installation, assuring that I won't be calling again in a week because my battery isn't charging! I appreciate the quality of the product and 1-800-Battery's motivated effort to complete this service on the same day that I booked it. You have reinforced my decision to go with your service. “My call was amswereed promptly by a REAL person. Liked that a lot. I ws goimg to have them come out the next morning but the fellow said today was still possible. The installer made it just in time within my waiting window. Loved the convenience.”
