“If I could, I would give this service ten stars. This company's communication is on point from the operator I called to change the service time to the text messaging and emailing regarding location of the service provider to the map to show where the service provider is, I felt so at ease during a stressful time of my car battery suddenly dying. My service provider was Khalil. I don't think I've met a more congenial, efficient and personable person; not to mention, he had to work in the dark which did not faze him even a little. His positive attitude was uplifting and it made the process seemless. I have already spread the word to multiple people and sources that this company is hands down a pleasure to have worked with. Thank you for concluding my chatoic day with the support I needed to effortlessly continue the work week. You are a lifesaver!”

“Reply and response was spot on. I really appreciated the Information and statistics on the choice of batteries that were offered. The tech Jeff Walker who came to my house to perform the installation, was professional, knowledgeable, and quite proficient in completion of a difficult task. Jeff kept me informed as to what was taking place every step of the way. Having a dead battery is not something to look forward to, but because of 1-800 Battery.com and espicially Jeff Walker, it made a bitter pill a little easier to swallow. I highly recomend 1-800 Battery.com.”

“I gotta say this was as seamless as possible. Order your battery, setup the date for installation, and a tech comes and gets the work done. I have a bad back, so trying to pickup the battery and get it installed would have been hard. Not I didnt have to worry!”

“Fantastic offering and service! I had a great experience from finding the right battery for my car, to purchase & schedule appointment through your website, to delivery and install by my assigned technician, Rod. He even called me 3 hours before my appointment to see if he could come earlier, which turned out to be perfect timing. The install was thorough and fast and even educational. Rod didn't mind me hovering and chatting. I would and will recommend to anyone, especially singles, seniors, or people who are not able to get around or have help from others and need assistance near immediately. Your responses and turn around time are faster than triple a, or toad side assistance, or local services available. I am beyond impressed!!! Please do not change a thing or get "too big for your britches"!!!! Thank you! ☺️✌️☺️”

“This service is awesome! I ordered the battery online and a representative called to arrange a time for the technician to arrive. The tech arrived on tiime, installed the battery, and made sure the car was running before he left. I would definitely use 1800battery.com again.”

“This service was great. My son's car battery at college (2 plus hours away from home) died. His class schedule made it hard for him to get to a mechanic during the day. They came when they said they would, put in the new battery, and did not stress me or my son out. We did not even have to be there (we did have to leave the car unlocked and keys in it, but on campus I was not worried too much about that). Have already recommended this company to several others in case they ever need a new battery.”

“Never knew about this service. Just searched for a battery for my car and find this website. Super easy to use it just like dial phone number. You have to select model of the car year of manufacturer and choose the battery you want it, they will come to the address you provided in the same day and replace your battery with the warranty. When I said they coming in the same day, I mean, like 2-3 hours after you place the order.This service is incredible! Highly recommended.”
