“I had a great experience from the start with ordering by phone with Heather to getting my battery installed by the tech Mr. Eaton. The whole process was a little over 2 hours. Great customer service and professional overall. I will reccomend and use the service again. Thank you!”

“The battery I ordered was not the brand I ordered, but the replacement battery was “I hope” of equal or better quality. The Tech Eric Smith arrived within an hour, brought battery with him and tested, removed and replaced the battery and tested it in record time. I thanked him for his professionalism. The refund for the Core was suppose to be $19.48 (18+tax), but you only offers $18?. I tried to give you a “heads up”, but I have not heard back on this issue. I feel I should have received another small refund on the service due to not receiving the battery brand I ordered! But, hey, the car started! Anyway, maybe you can improve on keeping up on what’s going on after you receive the $$$, and give the customer an explanation on why the battery purchased was not the one that was delivered and installed! And then give the customer options before delivering the battery!! Thank you for your service. MG”

“1-800-Battery is THE BEST!! It is so easy to purchase a battery online and to schedule a delivery and installation of your battery! They come to you and they even offer same day service in some cases. Their prices are reasonable also. They notify you of all statuses and status updates relative to your order. The technicians who are dispatched to you are efficient and professional and helpful! I have used this company on three different occasions and every time, it is a great customer experience!!”

“We were stranded and battery plus came out and changed our battery on the spot. That was about 2 years ago. The battery failed and I called the company and they told me there was a 3 year warranty. They came out the same day and replaced it. The technician was great and the girl in customer service was awesome! I would recommend.”

“These guys provided an excellent service for my aging parents when their battery died in their garage. I was unavailable to help them as I was stuck at work. Anthony had the battery installed in no time even though it was a difficult job on a 2018 Ford Escape. I ordered the battery and installation around midnight on Monday and it was complete by 3:30pm on Tuesday. You can't get much better results than that for our particular situation.”

“Very organized process! Everything is done by computer. It was easy to schedule a battery install. I was able to track the driver so we knew exactly when he'd be here. The mechanic, Willie, was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and did not "tallk down" to 80 year olds.”

“I mistakenly ordered just the battery without installation, but they handled it smoothly. A technician arrived the same day I called and completed the install in roughly 90 minutes. With how complicated modern battery locations are—tucked under the windshield and hard to access—the fast service and reasonable cost really stood out. Overall, a very convenient and professional experience.”
