“I had a tremendous experience with 1-800-Battery. I had same day service on New Year's Eve. My service technician, Denero Tunstall, arrived at my house and had my old battery removed and my new battery installed within a hour. Outstanding business and service. Thank you very much!!!”

“I’ve always receive excellent customer service from 1800battery. Most recently, we tried to start our car to find out the battery was too low. I placed the order, midafternoon appointment scheduled to find out not enough installers and we would need to be bumped to the next day. I called to see if there was any chance to get done the same day, and the scheduler/dispatcher and installer were great, the installer came out and got the job done quickly. I will always use this service for my battery needs.”

“My installer went above and beyond when he was given the wrong battery, by putting in the wrong one so I wasn’t stranded the next day. Then he procured the core battery and came to my office to complete the installation.”
