“Professional, Patient, and Reliable Service The tech delivered the battery and installed it on-site, making the entire experience incredibly convenient and stress‑free. I’m very grateful for the excellent service. Kinley did an outstanding job. He was professional, respectful, and incredibly patient while replacing the battery on my Mercedes R350-a very difficult job since the battery is hidden deep behind the seats with uncommon screws. My car was completely dead and couldn’t even be jump‑started, but he didn’t give up and got it done. 1800 Battery is a reliable company, and I highly recommend them.”

“I have never used this service or anything like it. My vehicle went dead in my garage and didn’t require roadside assistance - so I decided to go to battery.com. The website was easy, the response was immediate. Megan with customer service guided me through the process - and helped me select the appropriate battery. I was then notified via text that Mr. Jerry Solt would pick up/deliver/install. He was the nicest, most professional mechanic and man. Very Grateful for this company”

“I couldn't be happier with this service, life long customer. Made what is usually a stressful situation seemless and comforting. My rep and technician were super friendly. My rep supported me in the barrery type and correct the option I purchased online. The tech when above and beyond with making sure the finicky elements of working with a Range Rover was taken care of, saving me an additional trip to the dealer. Thank you thank you thank you”

“Really amazing service. Lots of weird electrical issues on my Porsche but the battery tested ok. Technician came out and tested and then showed me indication of bulging. Quickly, cleanly and conveniently replaced the battery and the car works like new. He did the necessary to keep the computer alive and pair everything. Great work + thank you”

“I've used the mobile car battery replacement service of 1-800-Battery twice in the past few years, most recently in early June 2026. It's so easy to schedule an appointment and to have a technician arrive at my home to replace a dead car battery. This most recent time, there was a little mix-up and the technician arrived with the wrong sized battery, but he was able to come out early the next day with the proper replacement and fixed things in about 15 minutes. I don't blame him for the mix-up, since that's what the warehouse gave him. I am pleased with the service and would definitely use 1-800-Battery again when needed.”
