“Was told battery would be delivered within a timeframe of 12 to 2. Battery was installed 630 at night. Luckily I had no plans not good communication. The installer brought the battery with him.”

“Driver came 6 hours after I placed the order. His tool kit consisted of sockets and some hand wrenches. Most of the tools were all rusty and toolbox was a mess that it took him a long time to find what he needed. I was surprised to find that he doesn't carry extra battery terminals to replace existing ones if necessary.”

“No one came for my scheduled appointment. When I contacted customer assistance the next day they were very apologetic (claiming it was a computer glitch) and a technician was sent later that day. The technician was good and friendly. This was not a good initial experience but you recovered well.”

“Ordered on 12/16 they asked if I would wait till 12/17 first thing in the am. No one showed up until 8pm. Driver did a great job. I would have liked if they were more truthful with the time.”

“given a grace period of 1 hour from the proposed window tech was on time. he was excellent. the battery was not the one that was illustrated on the website - a call to the distributor was met with the claim that it was an equivalent (this is nice to know but did not inspire trust - if you are not going to send the battery listed it would have been nice to be informed since i read a review of my choice but not the replacment before instillation. the price was no bargain. the convenience was worth it for me but may not be for others.”

“I have mixed feelings about my experience with 1-800-Battery. On the plus side, the person who put in my battery, Andrew, was polite, helpful, and accomplished the task in about 15 minutes in the dark. The cost was about what it would have been had a been able to get my vehicle to a store. For these reasons, I would use them again. On the negative side, I scheduled an afternoon installation. First, the time got pushed back to 8 p.m. Then, it got moved to the next night because of some mix-up with ordering the battery. Andrew did offer to try jumping it, but we'd already tried that. They did knock off $10 for the inconvenience. Fortunately, I'm retired and had another vehicle I could use, so it didn't interfere too much with my life.”

“I was pleased that I found a company that came directly to my home to swap out a dead battery. The person that did the job was polite and very quick. My only complaint was the timing. I was told over the internet it would be between 8 - 10 AM. The serviceman did not arrive until 12:30 or so. Now, the weather was pretty horrible that morning as a note.”

“I wasn’t too sure what to expect never using a service like this. Our technician that came out was professional polite and very quick. I will use your service in the future and recommend my family to use it also. I had knee replacement less than a week ago. The peace of mind of using your service instead of trying to get friends and family help me was well worth it.”

“Pretty good service. The battery was to come 2-4 on Monday and didn’t get here until Tuesday. The customer service reps did a nice job of following through. The installer was a great guy too.”
