“Pretty good service. The battery was to come 2-4 on Monday and didn’t get here until Tuesday. The customer service reps did a nice job of following through. The installer was a great guy too.”

“Overall a good business model. Two issues 1). The differences and descriptions of alternative batteries was not clear. 2). The service was provided 2 1/2 hours after the appointment. Serviceman who installed the battery was excellent when he finally arrived.”

“Transaction went well, installer was good. One glitch however, wrong battery was delivered first and installer had to bring it back for right battery. I would have liked to have some documentation as to what brand of battery(s) were installed, both primary and auxiliary and warrenty information.”

“Appointment was between 8-11am and technician arrived just after 11am. Would be better if the technician can call on the day what time he will arrive. The technician did a good job and completed the task in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable compared to the car dealership’s.”

“Hello Richard, my name is Henry Mavrinac and I purchased a battery from you on 7/3/25. My experience was a good one except for one thing. When your technician was getting ready to leave I asked him for the 3 year battery warranty for my 2009 Saturn Aura XR. He told me he would email it before he left. When I checked my email there was nothing. Richard, I am old school and I want to see a paper warranty. If I have an issue with this battery I should be able to reference my purchase date with a paper warranty. Thank you for your attention to this matter. You can mail my 3yr.warranty to 15543 Arroyo Drive Oak Forest,IL 60452. Thanks again, Henry Mavrinac”

“I have used 1-800-Battery a few times and I appreciate their help so much! This time, Ray G. came and helped us when my daughter's car left her stranded after we ate at a local restaurant. Luckily, I was with her and she was able to come with me to wait until someone could come help us. The wait time (from 8 pm until the following afternoon at about 3:30) is the only negative. Ray was so friendly and helpful! He even called a friend/mechanic to ask a question bc the starter also had to be replaced so I had to have it towed! :$”
