Web site GAF issue taking payment. I have two pending. Let’s see how that plays out. I was told technician initially would be at roughly 230. Different guy showed up at 500. Not great. Technician Luis was great. So alls well that ends well.

Overall, a very good option and a mostly efficient process. The system is a bit wonky in terms of timing - our service person showed up 3 hours later than the scheduled endpoint of our reservation - but the work done was fine, the texting worked much better than the phone call but correspondence wasn't as spot on as hoped for. All of that being said, while not seamless, it still worked out, the pricing was reasonable (not a bargain but reasonable) and the service person excellent to work with. I fully endorse the 4 out of 5 stars!

Too soon to review the actual battery but your service was excellent. During a cold spell when AAA failed me by not having a battery available to sell me, you provided a battery and installation service very promptly

On site service was very good. Tech was helpful. However, I asked for and made an appt for Friday AM and they showed up on Thursday PM. Poor internal communication. Luckily we were available

Service arrived over an hour late. The text messages an update is very confusing. I couldn’t tell what they were trying to tell me. I also paid over $200 more for a battery that I could’ve gotten at a local auto shop, but I was stuck and I had to have one installed and they were the only people that would come and do it due to the weather.

It was very convenient to ordder the battery on line. The technician was courteous, capable and timely. However, in my case, he had the wrong battery which meant a trip (on his part) to a local AutoZone. The hook up was time consuming and it ws bitter cold. Not his fault. However, after re starting the vehicle, I am getting all error messages, warnings, etc. It's a 2022 vehicle and is highly "electronic" with bells & whistles that are beyond me. I'm taking it to the dealership to re program tomorrw. However, all in all, a good experience.

I woke up to find my battery dead at 5:30 in the morning. I scheduled a new battery at about 6am. The person who came to install my battery did an amazing job. The company had given him the wrong battery to install, but he assured me that he would go pick up the correct battery and he would come back to install it for me. He did so by 3pm, and I was so thankful to him to getting my battery completed before the end of the day. I wish I had gotten his name but he did an amazing job.

very happy with service. replacing a battery now-a-days is not what I remember growing up, no way I could have done it myself, too many tools required. Only slightly negative is that the technician had never changed a battery on a mini cooper before, so had to resort to the internet for instructions....even at that, took some trial and error to get it done, and we had to work together to put it back together.

Excellent customer support from technician. The customer support from the company could be better. I was unsure about my decision for a while but sure enough the technician came and was done with my replacement in no time.

The service was easy to use. Just put in the car info, pick a battery, and have the installer come and put in the new battery. My only concern which the company has not addressed is that the battery that was installed is not the battery I paid for.

The ordering process was quick and easy. From order to install took about 2 days... ordered Tuesday afternoon and the install happened Thursday morning. I did have to email customer service to drill down an actual install date. Overall, I wish it would have been faster but I'm happy with the service.

I was nervous about the service at first, having never used it. My car battery needed replacmeent and my wife was stuck at home. First, the improvements I would recommend: * The technician tracker says hours instead of minutes. Support said that the technician had it set to walking :) * The window I was given was seriously delayed. I had between 8-10, they didn't come till about 2PM * I was told the Battery wasn't right, which is weird because the website said it was good. However, it worked, but we had to deal with some car computer error messasages that the installer fixed. On a positive side: * The technician was super user-friendly, and had great communication skills. * The battery was replaced and everything worked well. I would use this service again now that I feel confident about the way it works. However, I wouldn't use it if I was in a rush, or needed the time frame to be in the ballpark.

Was told battery would be delivered within a timeframe of 12 to 2. Battery was installed 630 at night. Luckily I had no plans not good communication. The installer brought the battery with him.

Driver came 6 hours after I placed the order. His tool kit consisted of sockets and some hand wrenches. Most of the tools were all rusty and toolbox was a mess that it took him a long time to find what he needed. I was surprised to find that he doesn't carry extra battery terminals to replace existing ones if necessary.
