The person who came to install my battery was very friendly and fast. I wish there was more communication after the initial appointment window was set.

I had a battery failure and found your site online while searching for service. Everything looked great so I placed order…what your site doesn’t say is “may or may not show up” I had a window of 2 hrs and nothing…I gave it another 2 hrs and still nothing. I reached out to company and was told it was hard finding person in my area (San Antonio isn’t a huge city but it’s not tiny either). Told me first thing in morning. I explained need for car to get to work, etc and had they told me up front it would be longer I’d have done something different but now it’s too late so I hope to see first thing in morning. I again reached out following day as I had no update which they responded and had assigned a person and sent me tracker. That was a nice perk, to not lock me to watching for them. They arrived, very cordial and hard worker he was able to change out battery and get me on my way. Loved this whole concept with exception of a promised window and lack of communication unless I initiated. Should I require warranty work how does that work as I was left no paperwork?

I paid for a warranty and a battery install after 12pm on 5/31/2026 Order # 116740. I have called , checked my email and sent a message online. It is now 7:40pm cst and I still don’t have a battery. I have used you all before and never had this problem and this is not right. Communication and status updates can be better.

The technician who serviced my vehicle was Robert. He was very nice, polite, and answered all of my questions. The warehouse gave him the wrong size battery, and he promptly called them, went back to get the correct size, and installed it. His customer service is outstanding.

Very prompt and friendly service. But the stream of confusing emails beforehand and the links for "track your order" that lead to a blank page are annoying and lead to questions about whether the tech is coming or not at the appointment time.

They sent a tech to replace my car battery. They were prompt and the tech was knowledgeable and helpful

The technician was very personable and completed the battery exchange quickly. But for some reason you sent him out the first time without the battery and he had to go back and pick it up.

Web site GAF issue taking payment. I have two pending. Let’s see how that plays out. I was told technician initially would be at roughly 230. Different guy showed up at 500. Not great. Technician Luis was great. So alls well that ends well.

Overall, a very good option and a mostly efficient process. The system is a bit wonky in terms of timing - our service person showed up 3 hours later than the scheduled endpoint of our reservation - but the work done was fine, the texting worked much better than the phone call but correspondence wasn't as spot on as hoped for. All of that being said, while not seamless, it still worked out, the pricing was reasonable (not a bargain but reasonable) and the service person excellent to work with. I fully endorse the 4 out of 5 stars!

Too soon to review the actual battery but your service was excellent. During a cold spell when AAA failed me by not having a battery available to sell me, you provided a battery and installation service very promptly

On site service was very good. Tech was helpful. However, I asked for and made an appt for Friday AM and they showed up on Thursday PM. Poor internal communication. Luckily we were available

Service arrived over an hour late. The text messages an update is very confusing. I couldn’t tell what they were trying to tell me. I also paid over $200 more for a battery that I could’ve gotten at a local auto shop, but I was stuck and I had to have one installed and they were the only people that would come and do it due to the weather.

It was very convenient to ordder the battery on line. The technician was courteous, capable and timely. However, in my case, he had the wrong battery which meant a trip (on his part) to a local AutoZone. The hook up was time consuming and it ws bitter cold. Not his fault. However, after re starting the vehicle, I am getting all error messages, warnings, etc. It's a 2022 vehicle and is highly "electronic" with bells & whistles that are beyond me. I'm taking it to the dealership to re program tomorrw. However, all in all, a good experience.

I woke up to find my battery dead at 5:30 in the morning. I scheduled a new battery at about 6am. The person who came to install my battery did an amazing job. The company had given him the wrong battery to install, but he assured me that he would go pick up the correct battery and he would come back to install it for me. He did so by 3pm, and I was so thankful to him to getting my battery completed before the end of the day. I wish I had gotten his name but he did an amazing job.
