I recently used 1.800.Battery as my daily vehicle died in my driveway and I had few options. The website was easy to use and I booked my appointment window. Unfortunately, I received a call stating that the window I selected (2-4pm) could not be honored and was given a new window of 4-6pm. Not a problem, I was home anyway. However, in reality, this was also un-realistic, and my technician (thru no fault of his own) finally arrived at 7:30pm. Battery was successfully replaced and I was up and running in 20 minutes. Overall, a good but not great experience. If I were to offer some advice, you should keep in mind the old adage "never over-promise and under-deliver" but rather "under-promise and over-deliver"
