“Great overall”

“Overall, I had a terrific first experience using 1800battery.com. I initiated contact regarding my vehicle battery shortly after 8:00am on a Monday morning, and the entire installation was completed by 1:00pm that same day. Isaac, the mobile technician, was timely, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was quite pleased with the cost of my new battery (all inclusive). I selected the 'Best' level for my purchase and it all came in just shy of $340 - less than I would have paid at the dealership, all from the comfort of my own home. My only difficulty occurred when I was arranging the service through the website. I needed to call back to verify my payment even though everything had apparently already gone through successfully. I got through quickly however, and customer service assured me everything was just fine, and it was. If a friend, family member or neighbor were ever in a pinch with a dead battery like I was, I would absoutely advise them to get in touch with 1800battery.com.”

“My scheduled delivery was 10-12noon. The service tech arrived at 12:04! The guy was very nice and indicated that he came from Indiana. I could have ran errands in stead of waiting two hours looking at the window. It would be nice if you could have your staff call the client when they are approximately 20-30 minutes away so the clients can be more productive with their time! Thank you!”

“Rubien was good and quick with the battery change...although he did not have one piece of equipment that he said without, when the battery was changed...I might loose any settings on the car.....”

“Service tech was wonderful. Friendly and helpful, installed the battery quickly. Customer service was great, too. My only complaint is that your website wasn’t up-to-date on time of arrival and the next day the window of arrival was also late. Other than that I have no complaints”

“Overall, great job. They showed up on time and were professional and friendly. Only issue was the confirmation email, which was confusing. I ordered a battery with mobile installation and the email initially said the battery was being shipped.”

“Very convenient service. It was easy to order online and they kept me informed of the status. Cost was reasonable, paid a little for the convenience but was well worth it. I didn't like that they charge for mileage”

“My car battery died and instead of paying to have the car towed, I decided to have someone come to the house and change out the new battery right there in my driveway. It took a couple of days due to a shipping delay but the technician showed up at the promised time and changed the battery within a few minutes. The car started ad he was on his way. Great service.”

“This delivery and installation service is great, I rate it 4 stars. If there is any room for improvement I would suggest that if the technician couldn't arrive as scheduled please just send us a simple text message. By the way what was installed in my Honda CRV is new battery or refurbished one. With this in mind I will know how long I can keep the battery. Thank you for your attention.”

“I called for a battery issue. The service was good but I needed to call to see what the status of the tech arrival before I received any communication. Then things seemed to happen. I would suggest a better arrival estimate. The first message said the arrival would be within 7 hours. Then an hour later I got a message that they were about 10 minutes away. If I had not looked at the tracker map I would have not seen the change. Then I went outside to wait for the vehicle to pull up and the tracker said they had arrived. I walked outside to look for the technicians car and saw a car sitting down the block. Just sitting there. It was an unmarked passenger vehicle. I just waited outside and about 13 minutes later that car pulled up to my house. Don’t know if it was a lunch break or what. The tech really never explained who he was nor really said hello. Just started setting some tools out of the back of his passenger car and changed out my battery. Never checked it for charge. I knew it was dead because I had checked it and tried charging it overnight and it was still dead but this seemed not as professional as the advertisements indicated. I needed to provide the tech with tools so he could get the battery out. Well I gut a new battery but not impressed with the professionalism of the company.”

“Service was great, fast once he arrived the installer was friendly, knowledgeable and worked fast. Only complaint is I had an 8-10 arrival window and he arrived around 11:30 which messed with my workday. Having it done at home was to avoid disrupting my workday.”
