Battery price was doubled but the convenience was priceless. Thought I had ordered Diehard but received a Delco. Eric Brown, the battery technician was a delight. Very knowledgeable and had all the equipment needed to do the job.

The service technician was great, and the installation was very quick. The issue that I had was getting the service completed. I ordered a new car battery for ASAP delivery/installation, which the website says is 2-3 hours. To be fair, it was on a Sunday, so I asked through the chat if it would be completed that day. I was assured that it would be. It was not. After several inquiries, the service technician came the next day, about 24 hours after I placed the order. In this type of situation, I suggest telling customers that installation on the same day is not guaranteed and keeping them informed on the status if it is delayed to the next day. Otherwise, the service and convenience were great.

Excellent, fast service right from my original phone call through to delivery and installation of my new, hard to find, battery. Gentleman who installed it was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient; a pleasure to deal with. The whole thing took just a few hours. My only complaint is that the total charge was rather high, but what choice does one have when both AAA and my car dealer says it would take weeks to obtain the out of stock battery I need.

The phone rep was great and the tech was very knowledgeable.My only complaint was the time.The 2 hour window turned to a 4 hour window,it was a sunday 7 am.So this could have some affect.

Website design was easy to navigate and intuitive, rep on phone was friendly and well spoken. My only issue was with time: site asked me to choose a window of time (11-1) and the tech came at 3:20. He did a quick job of replacing battery but did not take the time to test the one that was there already. I do admit it probably would have been a waste of time to test it since it was bought in 2017.

You can get a good price if you can not move your car and have no service like AAA to help you bring the car to a cheaper place. For example, I would have paid $380 with a mini for a battery replacement - but I had no chance to tow it to them. So I shopped around and found an 1800 battery. All was easy and with just over $400 (none 2023) they were pretty reasonable with it included a home service. All are online (or per phone) and they even send you a tracking for the mechanic that will do the installation. My mechanic had not really a plan of how to do a mini - and I get it is a bit more complicated than most cars. In the end, I looked up a YouTube video and showed him - after that, he was able to remove and replace the battery without any problem. But then what was a bit awkward was that he just installed the battery and wanted to say goodbye and I asked him if he was not doing the registration to the car of the new battery. and he said can you talk to my supervisor they did not give me the right tools to do so. I did and was told "We only do basic installation" so that means not registering the battery to the car's system. I was a bit disappointed since on the website that information was missing. Why is it important - when the car thinks it is still the old battery it will charge it differently than it will a new battery. SO not saying it's a new battery will have the battery run out earlier. So the supervisor told me to go to my dealer and let the battery register there. This might be an additional expense you have to calculate in - it will take only a few minutes but ist still time your dealer might charge you for! So be aware.

Really good service once the request went through. Website interface was poor. also, I never received a copy of the warranty. But I would use them again. Called AAA which was a complete disaster. They didn’t have the unusual battery my Audi needed but 800Batterty did.

Only gave 4 because of difficulty trying to schedule online and through chat. When I was able to talk to live person it went well. Very happy with service and will use them again if I ever need them highly recommend them.

I was pleased with the delivery and the service. Scheduling was a bit of a challenge because I tried to follow up on the email but could never login to the site. I tried to reset password multiple times and nothing happened. I did get help with the chat version, but that was slow. And then the technician couldn't make the appointed time (granted, that I rescheduled to), and came several hours later. It only worked because my wife was home due to a death in the family. Otherwise, we'd still be waiting. So, bottom line, the service is good, the scheduling could be better.

The website was very easy to use and I had my appointment booked in minutes. The failure happened when the tech did not keep in contact with me with any ETA. I used the chat function twice to find out what was going on. My time window was 10am to Noon and the tech arrived at 1:30pm. Once he was there, I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes. I'd be raving your services all over my social media but for the fact that communication was on the lower end for me. The tech was super nice and efficient!

It was much more expensive than if I'd gone to the dealer or a garage, but great convenience and the service tech was outstanding! He had it installed in less than 30 minutes. The only downside was paying at least $200 more for the convenience.

New battery for my car with delivery and install was $432. Technician was nice, on-time and efficient. Cost was a bit high. Cost of exact same battery at a local store $270, so labor was $160 for 4 miles of travel and 10 minutes of work. Very convenient though!
