The technician arrived 3 hrs after the scheduled appointment. The company dispatch supplied the wrong battery, contrary to what was ordered. This resulted in the technician having to source the correct battery locally. The job was finally complete 5 hrs after the appointment time window. When I spoke with the 800-Battery representative, he seemed annoyed by my questions and frustration. he provided a $20 discount on a bill that was nearly $500 for the inconvenience. This is in my view unsatisfactory given the price for what was poor performance by 1-800-Battery. I do not feel I received good value from 1-800-Battery. On the positive, the contract technician was competent and went the extra mile to resolve an issue caused by 1-800-Battery.

Not a great experience honestly. On a Saturday around lunchtime I selected a battery delivery and install for the 3 to 5pm window that day. Surprised they offered it, didn't realistically think it was possible but if their fulfillment system is advanced enough they could know the product and services are standing by. Nothing - no message or update. Next morning I get a call that my order is canceled they can't service my area. Lost a day of no car waiting on this. I'm all for this as a concept but they need to figure out the information flow a lot faster.

Ordering the battery was simple and user friendly, my first initial delivery date couldn’t be fulfilled which was fine. My biggest issue with this service was the lack of communication. I had one representative contact me to reschedule the next day in a timely matter. The next day the scheduled delivery arrived at 8pm. My window was from 3pm-5pm. I had to call the help line twice till someone decided to text me with a tracking link. I’m also confused on why this service is utilizing door dash as its delivery system. I don’t think I will be utilizing 1-800 Battery in the future.

Can’t really give a positive or negative review. I filled out the online request. Received status updates of acknowledged, dispatched, etc. Received a call not much later saying no techs in my area. Wasted time setting up a service call that didn’t happen. Unreliable.

My order had to be cancelled due to no availability of drivers. I would recommend not including areas where service can not be provided. Additionally, the item I needed wasn’t the correct item suggested. I was willing to pay more for the right item but couldn’t receive service. Not the best experience. The person who contacted me to keep me updated was very friendly and attempted to help me though.

I paid over $400 for my battery to be delivered and installed and NO ONE SHOWED UP! I scheduled between 10-12 and to customer service rep just said “I’m doing my best” when I called after 12pm to get an updated ETA.

I ordered the battery had the appointment set then I got a call the next morning and was told I needed a different battery and it would cost 129$ more...the initial battery cost almost 300$...needless to say I cancelled the order and went with a local company. I know my vehicle needs a new battery and thought this was a great way to get it done and not have to do it myself...big mistake...beware!!!

I read the online reviews, which were great, so I put in a request for a battery purchase and installation. I requested a 9-11 a.m. window for service. I called at 11:30 to inquire on the status and was told that they were trying to locate someone to install the battery. Huh?? Why was that not on the website when I selected a service window? I specifically selected this company and service time becuase I had to be somewhere in the afternoon. The technician did not get here until after 1:30. Definitely not worth the price.

They were unable to complete the contracted replacement. This caused a minimum of a 2 day delay in getting my car running again. When unable to meet initially scheduled installation, I was notified and accepted a 1 day delay. Was not advised of a new time for that day as promised. The next day, I was informed that they could not get a driver out to my location. I would have thought they would have known that from the beginning, it isn't like I live in outer Mongolia.

Actual battery replacement was good but it was installed approximately 24 after the contracted time. I will tell my friends that your service is unreliable in relation to promised time. The person was a day late because of celebrating his mothers birthday,

I ordered a 4pm home service and technician turned up at 1030 am that delayed an appointment I was supposed to be at. Although effective the technician didn't have "a good bedside manner". When I asked about resetting the computer system he said I did not need to. He left quickly. The battery operated but the car anti collision controls, power steering and chassis settings do not work. I needed to take to a dealer that will charge me an additional $400 just to get it reprogrammed. I wish I knew this before purchasing your service

It took much longer to get my parts. This time. Very poor communication between your people. I texted you guys. I was told everything was shopped. Then I just got my pads only in the mail. Someone had to text me normally about my rotors. As it did take a few weeks to get everything from you. I was very dissatisfied this time. As it's not like you people. Before I always got my parts right away. Except this time.

We placed the order the night before around 4PM. We had to call at 8:39AM the next day to ask for a status. Spoke to Jose was told they were dispatching in the next 15 mins. 2 hours passed called again. Again spoke to Jose, was told he personally was taking care of it. Jose called me , 45 mins later to inform me no one was coming. And I would have to wait 2-3 days. For a refund , as he is telling me this the tech showed up at my door. Tech Nathaniel was very nice. Jose was useless. Could not give me a name or number to a supervisor and just was like oh well. I know you’re stranded with no car and we have your money but nothing I can do. Will not use this company again.

Battery was promised by 3pm yesterday. Got test saying it's be today. Checked order status, and they couldn't say when it'd be done, and they offered to cancel order. At least they cancelled my car battery order without too much hassle. Just wasted a precious day of my time.

The car battery is fine so far, but it took 5 hours of waiting and a call to customer service for a tech to arrive and install it.

The installation was delayed until the next day and I had to miss a day of work. The guy that came almost messed up my car but thankfully I supervised and helped him replace my battery. I might as well have just done it myself. My car still didn’t turn on after the battery replacement.

I would have given him a 5 star review, but as I drove today, my truck’s electrical system shorted out and the truck stalled right in traffic. I could not restart it. It turns out he failed to tighten one of the terminal wires causing the problem. Needless to say, I was not happy!
