I ordered a replacement and they came and replaced it right away. Six months later the battery died. Calls and messages were not answered. I had to buy another one. A week later, via chat, they offered to pay another $100 to come and replace it under warranty... and how much more to pay??

Tech started at wrong house with my neighbors hood up...after installing my battery ...tech said I owed him 50.00...wrote check....then called 1 800 Battery to ask if this was correct...Representative told me stop payment on check as I had already paid for installation....tech calls me NEXT day to ask why I stopped payment...spent extra charge from bank 36.50 to stop payment ....not a good experience

Battery was the correct Amperage, but the wrong physical size for the car. This meant that the technician had to spend several hours trying to squeeze it in to the battery box (the problem probably being the shoulder was too high compared to the OEM unit). So the battery is installed, but the protective cover plate is unable to be screwed down properly, and the anti-movement support bracket is not installed at all. The technician did his best, but the overall job was not satisfactory. At least the car starts and goes properly!

A bit expensive and the employee that installed the battery was a bit rude to my girlfriend, overall though 1-800-Battery did the job of coming to my car and installing the battery same-day as my purchase.

The service, when I got it (car battery replacement) was fine but delivery time was missed by over 3 hours & text/phone msgs never answered so I had to stay on phone for 20+ mins the 2 times I called to find out status. First response was tech would be on site in 45 mins and 90 mins later when I got back in touch, they told me he was nearby. Would be helpful if they gave me or tech contact #

Though the technician was thorough, I waited 10+ hours for the service call. And while I was waiting, I tried both calling and texting and couldn't get a real human to respond. For the amount of money I spent, there should have been someone who could answer my calls.

I scheduled an appointment this morning. I had to go to work but my car was easily accessible as were my keys. I had someone who could serve as a proxy. And I was also available to chat. However, the technician Robert H. refused to replace my battery and said he was going to charge me a fee bc I was not there. I went back to the website and all communications and didn't see this condition noted anywhere. The worst part is how rude and inflexible the technician was. He wasn't nice about it at all and was clearly not even listening to the information or answers I gave, as he was saying he could not access the car. I was excited to try this service but was super let down. No one communicated next steps so I had to call to request a refund. Bottom line, really poor communication all the way around.

Went online paid for the battery. According to the email that was received after payment, it showed that the technician would arrive with 2 hours and 3 minutes, but never showed. I sent a text meassage asking for an ETA, no response. I tehn called the next day and waited on hold for at least 30 minutes. The rep advised me that I would be receiving a text within a few minutes of status of the technician, and I waited, no text. I then called back a couple hours later and the rep stated that the technician was picking up the battery, and then will be on his way to my location. I gave the rep the gate code and building number and he said that he was relaying it the technician. I received a text about 30 minutes later indicating that the tech had arrived, with the description of his vehicle, I noticed that vehicle driving in to the complex and right past my location where I advised the rep that I was. I waited, thinking that he was turning around. I waited another 15 minutes, then called back. While on hold I walked the entire complex, finally locating the tech at another vehicle that wasn't even the same color as mine nor the same year. Finally got he battery replaced. I don't think I'll be using them again.

Giving 2 stars because the guy that installed the batteries each time was professional and very courteous. The issue is I've purchased two batteries within the last two years and the first one was dead at the 17 month mark, and more recently the battery only lasted 8 months. I was given every excuse why I couldn't get a refund, so I tried using them again, and like I stated earlier, the battery is dead at 8 months. I'll try again for a replacement battery, but if I get the run around again I'll never use them again. I don't believe these are new batteries as advertised.

I purchased a battery that was to be installed between 1 - 3 on the day of purchase. It was finally installed at around 2 the next day. the chat room assistant first told me it would be installed on the first day within 30 minutes (it was after 3). He never showed up. The second day, I asked when i might expect him at was told between 10 and 11. when he did not arrive I again queried, and was told within the hour. Finally, at 2 o'clock he arrived.

Came almost 3 hours late never said anything to give me a heads up. Installation was fine. Would use a different vendor next time. Wouldn't recommend

Tech was nice and did new battery install, but settings were messed up after I was advised settings would be saved. Cannot use remote on car, as it no longer works, steering wheel features don’t work either and driver window no longer works. All they had to do was come out to correct but won’t do it.

Person showed up with out tools to remove and install battery. Was told that initial test would be made to battery and it was not. After install then given option to take out and put back old battery when vehicle still would not start. They did install new battery but not provided analysis as dispatch told us. We are over 70 and expected experts to help us.

Used the app and ordered battery based on vehicle type and battery the app said I needed. It was wrong battery and they still charged me $100 for cancellation even though it was not my mistake.

The service was great, the service technician was great, the battery I received is great. BUT, I bought and paid for a Diehard battery, and I received an AC Delco battery, which should have been about $40 or so cheaper when I priced the batteries online. When I asked the technician about it (who, again, was fantastic) he said that he just picks up what they ordered for him. When I filled out an online contact form from your website, complete with photos of my order and the installed battery, I received no response. I feel badly because the service was really great, but I feel like I had a bait and switch.

This is a great service in that I was able to get my battery replaced within a matter of hours right outside my home. However, the technician that was dispatched did not test my battery and didn't seem to know what I was talking about when I asked him about it. He responded that he was only told to replace the battery. He also had no clue what I was talking about when I asked him about a process that I was told would be done so that my car wouldn't give me a thousand error messages until I could have the battery programmed later. He popped the old one out, installed the new one and said goodbye in a matter of minutes. I can say that he was efficient. Car is running. I'll just never know if I actually needed my battery replaced.

The service technician was wonderful (Doc Brown’s) he arrived on time and assessed my battery situation. He determined I didn’t need a new battery, since it was only 1 yr old but just a jump, which he did and I’ve not had any trouble since then. The problem came when he submitted his claim as only a jump start for $100. I had already prepaid via my credit card for a new battery $311 and he told me that I would need to follow up with the company to make sure I got my $211 credit. I have contacted the company several times but still have not received my credit 3 weeks later. Unfortunately I’m having to get my lawyer involved to try and rectify the problem.
