Terrible experience. Lied to multiple times by multiple people. I spoke with the first liar at 8:20 AM who told me the serviceman would arrive in two to four hours. No one showed, called, text, etc so I called again at 12:15 PM getting second liar. Was told just two people in front of me and that someone would arrive in one and a half to two hours. Waited until 2:15 PM. No one showed, called, text, etc. I called and got a third liar who stated there were just two people in front of me and that he would arrive in two or three hours. I mentioned I was told earlier that only two people were ahead of me. Person didn't care. Third liar said the person would contact me directly to provide eta. Nope. No one showed, called, or text. At 4:30 PM I called and got my fourth person. She said that he was just finishing his last job before mine and would be in route shortly. Nope. I called at 6:40 PM now getting my fifth person again with a fifth story to tell me. I metioned that I was supposed to have service by 12:15 PM and now it was 6:40 PM and I had wasted an entire day waiting. They said they would give me a whole $30 off. Not much for a $850 price tag but I'll take what I can get. He said that the service guy would call me. I mentioned I had been told that multiple times before and it wasn't true. I finally got a text saying he would arrive at 7:53 PM. And then Isaac did call me to say he was in route and it would be about 45 mintues or so. He did arrive at 7:50. He was polite and only took 20 minutes to do the job. I'm still puzzled as to why five different people would give me five different stories throughout the day acting like they had an idea of what was happening when clearly they were just making stuff up. I would never recommend to anyone based on my terrible experience with the call center yesterday.

Went thru the online process to set up installation of a car battery while I was at work at my first job. After 4 hours I had to leave to go to my 2nd job. I spent more time on the phone arranging a different location for the installment than it took for the actual battery to be replaced. No phone call or text letting me know thet the tech was in an accident and there was a delay. How long was I supposed to wait? I sympathize for the driver, but where's the customer service? Additionally, when a different tech finally showed at the 2nd location, b4 he arrived he had texted me that they accept tips, b4 he arrived and started the job. The cost of the battery and installation was already high enough. If I didnt need a new battery, I would have canceled.

Good Prices and helpful service when selecting the Battery. The installation department is horrable. Had an appointment for 8 to 10 am this morning. At 1pm they still dont know if they will be able to make the delivery today with how busy they claim to be.

They installed the wrong battery. I paid for a much better quality battery Battery they installed was half the price of the purchase Battery this needs to be corrected.

After a customer purchases a battery, it should immediately be followed up with a call from the installer. The client and the installer should then arrange a time for the battery to be installed. I purchased a $300 battery and then had no idea what was going to happen next. Fearing I was being ripped off, I had to call. They assured me that I would be hearing from the installer. I called two more times and left my name & number but am pretty sure that call never went through and just disconnected. The next day, I connected with the company rep and was horrified when I found out that the installer was coming from New York (over 70 miles away). During that call, I requested that the installer call me. He did and everything went smoothly from there. Seriously, your company has to connect the customer with the installer immediately. It was very nerve wracking. I can't recommend your company.

Well the guy that actually came and changed my battery was good. The status tracking is all BS because my driver was dispatched for 6 hours. I got a lot of run around when I tried to contact and see what the holdup was. Told he was on his way, then 3 more hours I’m waiting. I get another text he is 45 min out at the latest. 2 hours after that my battery finally arrived. ETA was 3 hours and it ended up taking 10.

**Before you read this, please note: I do not like to write bad reviews. I know things happen out of the control of the company, but this was...wow...next-level BS.** Oh, dear lord...avoid at all costs. I put in an order this past Monday for an appt. on Tuesday between 2-4 PM. I was not only ghosted for the appt. I was ghosted for 3 other appointments. No call. No nothing. No one ever reached out to me to say, "Hey, Sorry. We're really busy, and we need to reschedule." I had to call 4 times, reschedule the appt. with promises from the company, "Oh, they will be there for sure!" Yeah...no. ! I had to take off work for 2 1/2 days due to appts being made and then ghosted. The battery in my car was dead. If I had not called, I believe I would STILL be waiting for my battery! Never again. Wow!

Service call was great but the warranty on the car battery not so much. They replaced a dead battery for me on 11/22/24 and on 12/24/25 the battery died again and had to be replaced again. This time I bought the max battery and service we will see what happens.

The sales rep on the phone got my information wrong and the came out with the wrong battery. I was told by Jose (on the phone) that I would receive a full refund and that's what I expect.

Installer arrived 40 minutes past my 2 hour window which then forced me to pick my kids up from school in an Uber. Not sure if the price is comparable, but I won’t use this service again. I guess the battery itself was fine.

The technician arrived 3 hrs after the scheduled appointment. The company dispatch supplied the wrong battery, contrary to what was ordered. This resulted in the technician having to source the correct battery locally. The job was finally complete 5 hrs after the appointment time window. When I spoke with the 800-Battery representative, he seemed annoyed by my questions and frustration. he provided a $20 discount on a bill that was nearly $500 for the inconvenience. This is in my view unsatisfactory given the price for what was poor performance by 1-800-Battery. I do not feel I received good value from 1-800-Battery. On the positive, the contract technician was competent and went the extra mile to resolve an issue caused by 1-800-Battery.

Not a great experience honestly. On a Saturday around lunchtime I selected a battery delivery and install for the 3 to 5pm window that day. Surprised they offered it, didn't realistically think it was possible but if their fulfillment system is advanced enough they could know the product and services are standing by. Nothing - no message or update. Next morning I get a call that my order is canceled they can't service my area. Lost a day of no car waiting on this. I'm all for this as a concept but they need to figure out the information flow a lot faster.

Ordering the battery was simple and user friendly, my first initial delivery date couldn’t be fulfilled which was fine. My biggest issue with this service was the lack of communication. I had one representative contact me to reschedule the next day in a timely matter. The next day the scheduled delivery arrived at 8pm. My window was from 3pm-5pm. I had to call the help line twice till someone decided to text me with a tracking link. I’m also confused on why this service is utilizing door dash as its delivery system. I don’t think I will be utilizing 1-800 Battery in the future.

Can’t really give a positive or negative review. I filled out the online request. Received status updates of acknowledged, dispatched, etc. Received a call not much later saying no techs in my area. Wasted time setting up a service call that didn’t happen. Unreliable.

My order had to be cancelled due to no availability of drivers. I would recommend not including areas where service can not be provided. Additionally, the item I needed wasn’t the correct item suggested. I was willing to pay more for the right item but couldn’t receive service. Not the best experience. The person who contacted me to keep me updated was very friendly and attempted to help me though.

I paid over $400 for my battery to be delivered and installed and NO ONE SHOWED UP! I scheduled between 10-12 and to customer service rep just said “I’m doing my best” when I called after 12pm to get an updated ETA.

I ordered the battery had the appointment set then I got a call the next morning and was told I needed a different battery and it would cost 129$ more...the initial battery cost almost 300$...needless to say I cancelled the order and went with a local company. I know my vehicle needs a new battery and thought this was a great way to get it done and not have to do it myself...big mistake...beware!!!
