“Was told that part of the service included testing of my old battery....this did not happen. The tech arrived and replaced my old batter and thats it. Took 5 minutes. No idea if my old battery actually was bad or not.”

“Called 800 number in the morning. Driver didn't show until 5. And he had to drive 60 miles to get here. But I did finally get my new battery installed. So much for local service.”

“I had a dead battery at 6am that was replaced within 5 hours! I was continuously updated via text and email as to the progress of the repairs process. I will recommend 1-800 Battery to everyone I know. The only negative comment is that I was given a choice for a service window of 8am-10am and the repairs were completed beyond that time period. But I'm still happy with the overall experience>THANK YOU”

“I was able to receive my new battery, complete with installation, pretty close to the timeline as promised. The service tech. was a little unpleasant but he did perform his duties. I would still recommend this service to anyone in need of emergency battery service.”

“I was annoyed at first when they said they were on their way six hours earlier than my requested time. I wasn’t home so I was afraid I would have to reschedule but the man was communicative and let me know I didn’t have to be home and was able to have my fiancé leave my car keys out. He was very fast and this made things so easy for me. I didn’t have to pay for a tow truck to take my car to the shop to get a new battery so thank you!”

“I would recommend them if you are in a bind and need a battery replaced relatively quick as you can expect to pay about $100 more than buying the battery yourself at the local parts dealer. Although they were a couple of hours later than my appointed time, the tech that came to the house was knowledgeable and very professional.”

“My Porsche Cayenne battery died while I was in Europe for a few months ... I needed it replaced urgently before I left San Diego for a trip to Asia. Ordering through the website was fairly easy and I received a prompt confirmation. I had a bad experience (with another company) with a service in Hawaii for my wife's Mustang when the technician they sent did not have the correct connectors for the car (I had to order and replace them later). The pre-service communication was OK but not great which caused me some concern as the battery replacement for a Cayenne is fairly complex. When the tech showed up (on time), I asked if he had done a Cayenne replacement before and he said 'yes' ... sure enough, he knew what he was doing and did the replacement in less than 30 minutes. I am very pleased and the only reason I didn't rate you at 5 stars is the weak communications on the day of the appointment. You will be my 'go to' company for battery replacements going forward.”

“When I selected my appointment Saturday it was available but then they said they couldn’t come until Monday. I would have preferred if the appointment were not listed as available so I knew before I paid. They did offer to cancel if I wanted though but I decided to wait until Monday. On Monday the technician Martine was great. The car horn was continuously honking once the battery was connected snd he was able to trouble shoot it and figure out it was a security feature so I just had to use my key in the door to get it to turn Orr,”
