Great service! The service charge should be identified rather than blended into the cost of the battery.

I would recommend them if you are in a bind and need a battery replaced relatively quick as you can expect to pay about $100 more than buying the battery yourself at the local parts dealer. Although they were a couple of hours later than my appointed time, the tech that came to the house was knowledgeable and very professional.

My Porsche Cayenne battery died while I was in Europe for a few months ... I needed it replaced urgently before I left San Diego for a trip to Asia. Ordering through the website was fairly easy and I received a prompt confirmation. I had a bad experience (with another company) with a service in Hawaii for my wife's Mustang when the technician they sent did not have the correct connectors for the car (I had to order and replace them later). The pre-service communication was OK but not great which caused me some concern as the battery replacement for a Cayenne is fairly complex. When the tech showed up (on time), I asked if he had done a Cayenne replacement before and he said 'yes' ... sure enough, he knew what he was doing and did the replacement in less than 30 minutes. I am very pleased and the only reason I didn't rate you at 5 stars is the weak communications on the day of the appointment. You will be my 'go to' company for battery replacements going forward.

When I selected my appointment Saturday it was available but then they said they couldn’t come until Monday. I would have preferred if the appointment were not listed as available so I knew before I paid. They did offer to cancel if I wanted though but I decided to wait until Monday. On Monday the technician Martine was great. The car horn was continuously honking once the battery was connected snd he was able to trouble shoot it and figure out it was a security feature so I just had to use my key in the door to get it to turn Orr,

The call in was not very good. The rep jalen was courteous and helpful. The first booking had to be cancelled because they couldn’t fulfill the time. The second booking was fine and the serviceman completed the job expertly. His name was Anthony Perez and he was tremendous. An asset for your company.

Pricey but worth it. Made it easy to get the battery same day from home, pretty quickly. Communication on timing could have been better (we got the notification the service person was arriving in SEVEN minutes once dispatched). The contractor did the job well, but could have been more professional. He showed up in pajamas.

Ordered battery at 9:30 am didn’t get to house till 6:30 pm but the installer was very polite and knowledgeable. He did a great job with the installation. Would probably use again.

I800battery was very good for me because I’m alone, my battery was dead, and aaa didn’t have nine in stock. Unfortunately I did have to wait through the weekend because their warehouse was closed. It was quite expensive and although they came after my window time they did do s good job and my car is running great.

The communication with me was poor. I had an appointment for 8-10am and never heard or received any notifications that the person was running late. I had to call to find out if they were going to show. When they did show up, the person I had was great!

I give this a four because I am suppose to have a battery with 3 year warranty. They gave me no paperwork to show the warranty and kept taking about just going to buy the battery. I am not sure I have the battery I paid for.

The technician who performed the service was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. I do, however, have an issue with what felt like an upsell after I had already spent $300 initially on the battery the website for the battery suggested for my vehicle. An hour later, while stranded, which was obvious, I received a call saying I needed to spend another $120 on the "correct" battery and they were aware the website needed to be fixed ASAP. I felt trapped into saying yes and overall wouldn't recommend the service as a result.

I just used this service for the first time; no problems. My only issue was communication: after the initial notice that my order had been received, then another that said it had been assigned, there was a supposed link in the email where I was supposed to be able to track the progress of my order, but it didn't lead anywhere. "No tracking number has been assigned yet" and there never was. There was also nowhere on the website itself that looked like I could check on my order. I was starting to get nervous, especially after 2 hours passed (the estimated time for my appointment), since I was limited for time. But a little later I got a text that my battery was about 20 minutes away and, sure enough, help arrived. It was pretty fast service and met my needs. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the lack of access to Updates, even though there was supposed to be. I did get a couple phone calls just before the arrival; I didn't answer only because my cell service labeled them "Likely Spam".

Premium pricing but in the end it was worth not bothering a friend for help. Service tech Rob Polk was efficient and quick. His diligence also corrected the battery order which might have delayed repair further. All in all a pretty good experience. Thank you!
