“It was much more expensive than if I'd gone to the dealer or a garage, but great convenience and the service tech was outstanding! He had it installed in less than 30 minutes. The only downside was paying at least $200 more for the convenience.”

“New battery for my car with delivery and install was $432. Technician was nice, on-time and efficient. Cost was a bit high. Cost of exact same battery at a local store $270, so labor was $160 for 4 miles of travel and 10 minutes of work. Very convenient though!”

“The technician arrived much later than expected, but once he arrived, the work was done efficiently and well. The convenience of having someone come to my house to do the work made it less problematic that it was outside the time window.”

“Tech+arrived+at+10:30+with+a+8-10+window.+The+was+his+first+of+2+installs+that+day.+Otherwise+he+did+an+excellent+job+of+replacing+the+battery.++Being+on+time+would+have+been+5+Star+rating!”

“This door side battery replacement service actually DID work as planned. Technician keep us posted on ETA ... and promptly installed new battery in our Land Rover Evoque. It was a very good service call and smooth process. I was skeptical, but it went OK!”

“Was told that part of the service included testing of my old battery....this did not happen. The tech arrived and replaced my old batter and thats it. Took 5 minutes. No idea if my old battery actually was bad or not.”

“Called 800 number in the morning. Driver didn't show until 5. And he had to drive 60 miles to get here. But I did finally get my new battery installed. So much for local service.”

“I had a dead battery at 6am that was replaced within 5 hours! I was continuously updated via text and email as to the progress of the repairs process. I will recommend 1-800 Battery to everyone I know. The only negative comment is that I was given a choice for a service window of 8am-10am and the repairs were completed beyond that time period. But I'm still happy with the overall experience>THANK YOU”

“I was able to receive my new battery, complete with installation, pretty close to the timeline as promised. The service tech. was a little unpleasant but he did perform his duties. I would still recommend this service to anyone in need of emergency battery service.”
