Easy to order the service. Ryan came early and did a fine job in installing the battery.

The response time was great, and the installation went well. The only quibble I have is that a written 3 year warranty for the actual battery that was installed wasn't provided. I was told just to hold on to the receipt.

This was my first time using a service like this. The technician Daulin J. , was there within the specified time frame, he was very respectful, got the job done in a timely manner, and took the old battery with him. I was pleased with the service.

I needed a battery because my car battery died in the parking spot. Attempts to jump the battery were unsuccessful. I went online found 800- battery - the reviews were promising. Without a personal recommendation i went online and scheduled an appointment to replace my car battery between 9-11AM Saturday morning. By 11AM I had not been contacted by the installer so i called 800-battery. I was told the installer lived 90 minutes away so the install should occur by 12:30PM. The installer called - after back and forth the installer stated he would arrive by 3PM - he arrived at 3:15PM and was finished in 20 minutes. My only complaint is timing is not rigid so we had to wait an extra four hours. If I knew it would be closer to 3PM I could have used the time for other chores.

I made an appointment on line (and paid in advance) but the repairman did not show and I could not get a response from the company. Tried telephone, chat and email. The next day I got a representative on the phone who rescheduled the appointment. He showed up on time and did an excellent job. Rescheduling only becomes an issue when you get the money up front.

Consider re-labeling appointment time to say appointment arrival window. I began expecting my installer at the beginning of the two-hour time frame. He didn't arrive until about 1/2 hour after the time frame closed. I was anxious the entire time thinking I had been scammed.

Very good service, price was on the high side but in the end seemed reasonable based on the home visit and saving me time.

It's obviously overpriced. Kind of stuck with that if I need mobile help. I would like to say that Eddie kept me informed as to when he would arrive, did a quick and great job. VERY happy with his service. Keep people like him around. Makes the high price a bit more tolerable....

The service was outstanding and very professional. The only suggestion is that the vehicle the technician is driving should have identification as it was had for us to identify it.

Online ordering and installation by my technician, Faraz was great! It was the actual communication back from 1-800-Battery that was lacking, almost to the point I thought I had gone to a bad website. It was a good idea to print out the receipt, because they don’t email you one there was no confirmation, in regards to my appointment time and when I use the chat feature, it took 20 minutes for someone to get back to me. It was only then that a technician had actually received my information. Like I said, at the beginning, Faraz was amazing! Great customer service

The technician, Adam Balenovic, was fantastic. But the communication on the timing was lacking. Someone was supposed to be here in 2 hours and didn't come for 8 hours, which was totally fine... I would have just liked to be informed.

I used the web site; ordered and paid fir a replacement battery to be installed. The confirmation message said 2 hours and 2 minutes. After an hour past that delivery time I tried to call and was in Hold fie 30 minutes, no response after the phone prompts. Given that this was the day after Christmas, I thought perhaps they were closed like many other businesses. But nothing on their web site or phone system to tell that. 6 hours after the due time, the technician, Tyeesha Holt, arrived. She said she came in on her off day to help. She was quick, efficient and friendly. 15 minutes after her arrival the new battery was installed, checked and operating. Net, she dramatically improved my opinion of the company. They do need to improve their phone prompts and web page info when they will be closed. Thank you Tyeesha!

Service was good professional and prompt, however, the battery was not a die hard it was a generic brand. That was my only disappointment.
