I was satisfied with Edgaro's work - it was professional. there was a glitch in making my initial appointment and it took an additional day to correct this glitch. the battery works fine.

Great service and quick install. Downside was that the DieHard battery shown on the website that I purchased was not as advertised…..it was a different brand. I hope it’s just as reliable….

Watching the mechanic struggle removing the battery was stressful. He did not handle things professionally. He may need glasses.

Hi, The battery replacement was quickly done. But one thing that I was perturbed was the re-programming needed for new battery for my Audi Q5 so that new battery is not over-charged was not known to the technician. I requested him multiple times to take care, but he said that if battery is already working and there is no prompt thrown on the car dashboard, nothing to worry. Hopefully he is right, because, if he isn’t, then the battery will die soon and I will have to call you guys to replace again being in warranty

The representative arrived within the estimated time window and, given that the website recommended the wrong sized battery for my make and model, went out of her way to complete the installation by going to the automotive store, exchanging for the correct battery, and returning to install it which took an extra hour. Not her fault. Other than that, easy.

Easy to use website. I scheduled my time and the tech came towards the end but still within the window, which was terrific. Friendly service. My car had been on low battery warning for a week. finally deader than dead and did not want to pay to have it towed. This service made it easy and worth it.

I needed a battery and you came out and serviced my car. The time the tech arrived was much later than what you said, I had to go on a trip so I left my son at the house. He is an adult. He said the guy arrived after 1045, and that his body odor was not necessarily a very pleasant thing. The tech took care of the install and all went well.

Tech came within the designated time and replaced the battery. However, the engine light came on after and he suggested it was due to needing the oil change which was not correct. Took it to mechanic who identified the problem as the engine sensor being disconnected. It was a simple fix and did not cost me any money but would have preferred the Tech disclosed his mistake.

A little pricey but worth it for the convenience. The technician was on-time and a pleasant person. Their tracking app didn't update properly so don't rely on that for their arrival time.
