I had a dead battery at 6am that was replaced within 5 hours! I was continuously updated via text and email as to the progress of the repairs process. I will recommend 1-800 Battery to everyone I know.
The only negative comment is that I was given a choice for a service window of 8am-10am and the repairs were completed beyond that time period. But I'm still happy with the overall experience>THANK YOU
