I’m very pleased with the service I received. When the service individual arrived he was efficient and got my battery replaced and got me on my way. The process in getting there was clunky. It wasn’t clear if I had paid for the service of someone coming to replace my battery for me or if they were shipping it to my house. I panicked when I thought it might be the latter. It took almost 2 hours before I heard from someone that they were on the way. That part of the process was unclear to me. I hope you improve that part of the process.

I was pleased with the ease of ordering online and having technicians available within a few hours. It was quite pricey, though, and if I had not been in a bind I would have gone a different route. The technician was professional and worked quickly. He came before his scheduled time, which worked well for me, but it's something to keep in mind if you schedule a particular time. Overall I was satisfied with the service.

Excellent prices (I compared multiple sources), and technician was excellent. My only complaint is wishing there had been more updates throughout the process: I ordered a battery to be delivered and installed on site, and after placing the order, there was no further communication until five minutes before the technician arrived. The time estimated for delivery (when placing the order) was within two hours, and instead it was over four hours later. Not a problem, and things happen to delay scheduled things all the time - that I understand. Just wish, if there was a delay, that I’d been updated so I could plan to accommodate it, instead of hearing nothing for hours and then scrambling my schedule with ten minutes’ notice. Still, overall a good experience (the technician especially was pleasant, professional, and very detail-oriented). And given that my battery died in a parking lot, I do feel lucky to have found a local service that could respond - especially with competitive prices on the battery itself and on the remote fee for install. Have to recommend.

The premium you pay for a car battery replacement is worth the convenience. The tech showed up about an hour later than the promised - the reason for the four instead of five stars. Once “Big Rob” (the tech) arrived, all went very smoothly. The entire process took all of 10 minutes. Rob was very personable and apologized for his late arrival. Very professional. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with 1-800-Battery. They showed up during the window of time they had told me and had the correct battery for my vehicle. He had an excellent attitude and was personable when talking to him. It would have helped me if I had received a notice when he was on his way instead of after he arrived at my address. I wouldn't hesitate to use them on another vehicle, if needed.

Everything was great, on time, polite and nice tech. The only problem was that I ordered a Diehard platinum battery (premium battery) and the tech arrived with a Ford Mopar battery. The tech said that they are all the same and the manufacturer just changes the labels depending on who they are making the battery for and they ran out of the Diehard platinums. I was a bit disappointed but had to take the techs word for it. I did check the cold cranking amps along with the other specs and they were the same. I felt a little bit of a bait and switch going on but felt I had no choice since I needed a battery. So they should be more honest before coming out. If I wasn’t watching the tech he would have put the battery in without me knowing. Overall, with that said the service was good and saved me time from going to a dealership or battery place and wait all day.

Where else can one find a service that delivers an exotic car battery to your home at 7 PM on a Sunday evening? The estimated (scheduled) arrival time was late by 2 hours, but they kept me informed by phone and text. Outstanding and professional technician had to drive over 130 miles from his home, but my travel charge was $20. I'm confident the total bill was less than I'd pay at a dealer after waiting in a showroom half a day. I'm pleased.

Very convenient. Quick service. The only issue that concerned me was the fact I ordered a Die Hard battery and the guy showed up with an Interstate battery. I am not a battery aficionado so relying on the person I spoke with at 1-800 Battery is honest and trustworthy. My car is starting. Just hope I did not get a cheaper battery installed while paying for a more expensive one.

The tech arrived on time, early in the maintenance window. He was knowledgable about the service and very through. The only complaint is not on the tech but the company. You did not install th Diehard battery as advertised. An Exide battery was installed instead of a Diehard battery. This can be very confusing for less educated customers. You need to work on this.
