Very convenient. Quick service. The only issue that concerned me was the fact I ordered a Die Hard battery and the guy showed up with an Interstate battery. I am not a battery aficionado so relying on the person I spoke with at 1-800 Battery is honest and trustworthy. My car is starting. Just hope I did not get a cheaper battery installed while paying for a more expensive one.

The tech arrived on time, early in the maintenance window. He was knowledgable about the service and very through. The only complaint is not on the tech but the company. You did not install th Diehard battery as advertised. An Exide battery was installed instead of a Diehard battery. This can be very confusing for less educated customers. You need to work on this.

My battery installation tech was later than originally scheduled, but once he got here, did quick work and was pleasant to work with. Overall, very happy with service! Thank you!

After waiting around all day for my battery delivery on the day of purchase, no one showed up and I could not get through on the phone, nor did I get the call back I put in for, nor did I get a reply to the text I sent when I was told at one point my delivery was "about twenty minutes away" two hours previously and it never did arrive. All that said, the technician did arrive when promised the following day and was polite, courteous and professional, and had my new battery in and working in no time at all.

George my technician was excellent. However, I was charge the full price for a battery and I only got a jump for my existing battery. Al, customer services, said he would contact billing to make the adjustment to my credit card for only 75$ which is the correct amount. Thank you, Paul Leonetti

Joe was great! I loved that he showed up early and was quick and friendly. But I did have a problem connecting with him for the first appt. Appt was from 3-5, but he arrived at 90 minutes early before the car that needed the battery was there. I was unable to answer his call due to work, but there was no way to call or text him back. Fortunately, I was able to reschedule using the live chat. BTW, the live chat looked like I could chat after 5pm pacific, but got to response until 6am the next day when someone closed the request.

Made the appointment on line and selected the battery for my MB CLA250. I was told the installer would be at my home before noon and would be coming from Milwaukee as a Chicago based employee was on vacation. After a number of calls the technician arrived at 7:30 pm with not the battery type I selected on line but with one that was not suitable for my car. The technician bought the correct one locally and installed it. The technician was a very nice man and I felt sorry for him. 188 battery promised the battery would be installed that da and it was. That is why I gave them 4 stars. Stuff happens no point in getting upset and I did have things to do around the house.

Your service is a little expensive but it is worth it because of the convenience of having your service come to the customer. The employee who did my service was very good, he was early and it only took him 20 to 25 minutes and he was done. I will recommend your service and I will also use it again.
