I made an appointment on line (and paid in advance) but the repairman did not show and I could not get a response from the company. Tried telephone, chat and email. The next day I got a representative on the phone who rescheduled the appointment. He showed up on time and did an excellent job. Rescheduling only becomes an issue when you get the money up front.
