The service was good (Ben's (the installer's) service and customer care was excellent!) Pre-arrival communication was a little weak (lacking order updates which requried 2 separate phone calls)

It was incredibly easy to schedule, and the technician did the work very quickly and very professionally. Everything was great including the tracking of the technician from the point I was notified until they showed up at my house. The only slight issue I had is I requested the appointment at 2 PM and the technician showed up at noon.

First guy couldn't do it but the second guy did. Glad I got it fixed . But I lost 8 hrs of my day since the first guy was lost and didn't even know were my battery is.

I would have given 1-800 Battery 5 stars except that the technician was nearly 30 minutes late. Otherwise she was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and thorough and made sure everything was in working order before she left. yes, you pay a little bit more for the service, but how convenient! When you car battery dies, you are stuck, so this took the hassle out of that whole nightmare. I would definitely recommend!

I will gladly recommend 1-800-Battery. The person who came out for the repair and install service in the 305, Mr. Damian Fernandez, was extremely helpful. Thumbs Up!

Everything was very good except for the time. It was supposed to be between 11:00am-1:00pm but he came at 2:45pm. He did a great job and I was satisfied.

Great customer service agent support. They brought the wrong battery! Apparently this is not a unique problem. Pablo, who delivered and installed the battery did a very good job.

The only thing that I was not happy with was I scheduled the time for 8am-10am. The technician did not come until 4:45pm. I never got any call/notification to let me know. I had to call 2 times and on the 2nd call 1800battery called the technician and said he would be arriving in 45 minutes. This was a 6-8 hour delay from my scheduled time.

I tried booking the appointment on the 1-800-Battery.com website but had trouble with it accepting my credit card (my VISA card provider later said it was because the billing address defaulted to the merchant's). I then called on the phone to book the appointment and straighten out the billing; the agent said the billing address issue was the company's standard approach. So I used a different card which was accepted. The appointment and delivery/installation went perfectly and quickly so that part was wonderful. If I hadn't had a 2nd credit card to offer, it might not have worked, though.

Finding what I needed was easy on the website. The only thing I would ask is that when the service has been dispatched that they would keep you updated on the progress and let you know it has been assigned to a tech. I kept wondering if my appointment would happen and I relied on chat to reassure me that things were on track.
