I was pleased with the delivery and the service. Scheduling was a bit of a challenge because I tried to follow up on the email but could never login to the site. I tried to reset password multiple times and nothing happened. I did get help with the chat version, but that was slow. And then the technician couldn't make the appointed time (granted, that I rescheduled to), and came several hours later. It only worked because my wife was home due to a death in the family. Otherwise, we'd still be waiting. So, bottom line, the service is good, the scheduling could be better.
