Very efficient, replacing the battery. More importantly we didn't loose any of our stored commands or statistics....

This delivery and installation service is great, I rate it 4 stars. If there is any room for improvement I would suggest that if the technician couldn't arrive as scheduled please just send us a simple text message. By the way what was installed in my Honda CRV is new battery or refurbished one. With this in mind I will know how long I can keep the battery. Thank you for your attention.

I called for a battery issue. The service was good but I needed to call to see what the status of the tech arrival before I received any communication. Then things seemed to happen. I would suggest a better arrival estimate. The first message said the arrival would be within 7 hours. Then an hour later I got a message that they were about 10 minutes away. If I had not looked at the tracker map I would have not seen the change. Then I went outside to wait for the vehicle to pull up and the tracker said they had arrived. I walked outside to look for the technicians car and saw a car sitting down the block. Just sitting there. It was an unmarked passenger vehicle. I just waited outside and about 13 minutes later that car pulled up to my house. Don’t know if it was a lunch break or what. The tech really never explained who he was nor really said hello. Just started setting some tools out of the back of his passenger car and changed out my battery. Never checked it for charge. I knew it was dead because I had checked it and tried charging it overnight and it was still dead but this seemed not as professional as the advertisements indicated. I needed to provide the tech with tools so he could get the battery out. Well I gut a new battery but not impressed with the professionalism of the company.

Service was great, fast once he arrived the installer was friendly, knowledgeable and worked fast. Only complaint is I had an 8-10 arrival window and he arrived around 11:30 which messed with my workday. Having it done at home was to avoid disrupting my workday.

Your customer service is top-notch. I had several issues with the time and even though I was very upset, your rep remained calm and really did everything he could to get the technician to me. My appointment was scheduled for 8-10. The technician arrived about 11:15. The service was quick, the technician was polite and knowledgeable. An okay experience.

Tech was supposed to come at approx. 9 AM. Battery was supposed to have been delivered before the tech got here. It wasn't. He had to go pick it up. Work started at 1 PM. It took a little bit but that was because it was a Dodge and you have to remove the front wheel and splash pad to get at the battery. Then of course put that all back on. Manny was very polite, professional, personable, and knew what he was doing. He did a great job and if I need battery.com again, I hope they will send him.

If your battery is dead and you can’t jumpstart, 1-800-Battery did a good job for me. Easy and quick and less costly than towing

The only problem I had was I ordered the battery on Sunday and it said an hour or so arrival and then I get a phone call 2 hours later saying they have no one to come out and that they will get it out in the morning I would have been fine with it if I wasn't told from the beginning that I was going to get it when I ordered it other than that everything was good good service good workers

The experience as a whole was good. Quick and Easy use to order and set up appointment. Technician was friendly and professional. Work was done very quickly. The company provided regular updates. My only issue was the appointment time was between 8-10 and tech did not arrive until 11:30. Everything else was positive.

I was happy with the experience overall. It's more expensive than buying a car battery myself and installing it, but you pay for convenience, right? The technician was great - polite, friendly and efficient. The only thing that could be better is if they would state timing expectations more clearly when ordering. I placed my order on Saturday night and had to text on Sunday morning to find out status. Site says 2 hour turnaround time is typical, but that's if you order within normal business hours. There wasn't anything that I recall that explained that up front. If I had known the earliest I would see a status change on my order was the following morning due to an after-hours order, I would have been all good. I would still recommend them. I may have saved more than they charged by avoiding a tow to a shop.

They honored their warranty, replacing the battery, and quickly. However I had to call to get the promised refund. They also did not replace with the battery promised, the Die Hard Gold, but with the Exide, the same brand that failed after only ten months.

I still have not received an invoice with the name of the battery I purchased wit information as to the warranty with all information of purchase. I have called a few times I received the recipe for the purchase and the up grade.

The service was good (Ben's (the installer's) service and customer care was excellent!) Pre-arrival communication was a little weak (lacking order updates which requried 2 separate phone calls)

It was incredibly easy to schedule, and the technician did the work very quickly and very professionally. Everything was great including the tracking of the technician from the point I was notified until they showed up at my house. The only slight issue I had is I requested the appointment at 2 PM and the technician showed up at noon.

First guy couldn't do it but the second guy did. Glad I got it fixed . But I lost 8 hrs of my day since the first guy was lost and didn't even know were my battery is.

I would have given 1-800 Battery 5 stars except that the technician was nearly 30 minutes late. Otherwise she was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and thorough and made sure everything was in working order before she left. yes, you pay a little bit more for the service, but how convenient! When you car battery dies, you are stuck, so this took the hassle out of that whole nightmare. I would definitely recommend!
