I had a dead battery in my BMW suv, and the car wouldn’t start even with the jump cables (at least not through the contacts meant for it, didn’t try directly through the battery).
Placed the order online, got immediately a call and 2.5h later a technician came and swapped in a new, equivalent, battery. Very happy, avoided towing the car to a stealership.
