“No one came for my scheduled appointment. When I contacted customer assistance the next day they were very apologetic (claiming it was a computer glitch) and a technician was sent later that day. The technician was good and friendly. This was not a good initial experience but you recovered well.”

“Installer arrived 40 minutes past my 2 hour window which then forced me to pick my kids up from school in an Uber. Not sure if the price is comparable, but I won’t use this service again. I guess the battery itself was fine.”

“Thought the process was fairly easy to do online until I got a phone call saying the battery I picked online from the options they gave me didn’t work with my car and so I had to pay additional money. Something I wasn’t planning especially around the holidays. Then the installer was an hour late and told me it would take 20 minutes when it took almost and hour. However I am happy my car does work again.”

“From the time I started messaging with them to make sure I was going to get the right battery for my truck until the time it was installed was about 3 hours. Fantastic service and my Technician Prince was very nice. Hopefully I never have this problem again but if anyone I know does I would definitely recommend”

“Two things went wrong with the first service: 1. The new battery came in either fully dead or damaged, which prompted the second round change of battery. The man had to use another battery to jump the new battery he just put in. 2. According to your second worker and our judgement, the first new battery was a 600/700 CCA while we paid for a 800 CCA.”

“Ordered on 12/16 they asked if I would wait till 12/17 first thing in the am. No one showed up until 8pm. Driver did a great job. I would have liked if they were more truthful with the time.”

“They sent the cheaper battery and then lied it was just labeled differently, total lie. The model number proved it. then said they would refund me and did not. the tech was fine on time and polite it the rest is shady”

“Of course my battery quit over this past weekend's cold weather, of course it did (sob).....Never knew I could just order one and have it installed for me.....until my neighbor mentioned it. Saved me, it saved me. Probably cost more than if you could do it yourself, but I can't so I called Battery.com, and it was delivered/installed by Tuesday morning. I was only 15 minutes late for work....Jason Deiter was my installer.....took at most 10 minutes....Jason was great and professional. My battery was ancient. Thanks so much. I passed this information on to MY customers....many were surprised there was this service....gave them the name of this company....win win”

“The other company I called only wanted to tow my car. Not happening to my 20 year old Toyota Celica! I found you on the Internet. Jay booked someone to come out Wednesday between 11:00 and 1:00. To my great surprise and pleasure, a man called that same evening and was in my driveway with the battery! He been in the area. Mark was very efficient and as nice as could be. It seems like I blinked and the battery was changed and I was ready to go! Definitely keeping this contact for future reference and referral to any of my friends.”
