“The service was great, the service technician was great, the battery I received is great. BUT, I bought and paid for a Diehard battery, and I received an AC Delco battery, which should have been about $40 or so cheaper when I priced the batteries online. When I asked the technician about it (who, again, was fantastic) he said that he just picks up what they ordered for him. When I filled out an online contact form from your website, complete with photos of my order and the installed battery, I received no response. I feel badly because the service was really great, but I feel like I had a bait and switch.”
“I would have been very unhappy if I'd been waiting by the side of the road instead of at my home because they claimed I'd get service in an hour and it took more like two hours. Then the guy showed up without the battery I ordered and paid for, and he spoke very little English so it was difficult to communicate with him about the battery he offered me instead. For all I know, they sold me an expensive battery and delivered a cheap one. Seems likely. FYI: I chose one star, but that function doesn't seem to be working!”
“The service was sufficient, he brought a new battery and took the old one. He wasn’t extremely personable and he didn’t put everything back in the car, he also didn’t like that he had to move his car so that my wife could get her car out. But overall he did what he was paid to do.”
