“very happy with service. replacing a battery now-a-days is not what I remember growing up, no way I could have done it myself, too many tools required. Only slightly negative is that the technician had never changed a battery on a mini cooper before, so had to resort to the internet for instructions....even at that, took some trial and error to get it done, and we had to work together to put it back together.”

“I’m absolutely impressed by the speed & efficiency of my new battery (and in the terrible Chgo weather this weekend)! I’m caretaker of my husband who is a stroke victim & can’t leave him alone! I needed new battery installed asap in case of emergency! 1-800Battery was a Godsend! And Willie Melendez the installer was awesome: polite, funny & efficient on a below -0 night! Well worth the price! Highly recommended! THANK YOU!!”

“The Technician, Joel the 1-800-Battery sent out to change my Van's battery, was nice, professional and quick. Megan the phone Agent that helped me with booking my appointment with them was very helpful and nice as well, I will definitely use 1-800-Battery again if I need help with any of my vechicles. It's so helful to have them come to me instead of having to take time off of work to go to them. Josette K.”

“I guess you didn't read the note I sent along with the cancellation of my order. I am very disappointed by your company's lack of service. I requested a service appointment yesterday, Sunday, between noon and 2:00, and no one ever showed up. I called customer service and never got a call back. I texted, only to find out you guys don't work on weekends. Seems very deceptive. I was willing to pay the very high installation fee for the convenience of having your technician come to take care of this at my house, but it was anything but convenient....it was nothing at all. I may be willing to reorder if you promise someone would come out this morning and give me a meaningful discount off the price....otherwise goodbye and good luck.”

“WOW! What a great company! My battery died in our sub-zero cold snap and I wasn't sure how to deal with getting the car to a service center. Didn't know you guys existed but when I saw you'd come to the house and install a new battery I signed up immediately. You saved me hours of sitting around in a waiting room...Rob was here on time and only needed about 10 minutes to fix everything. OUTSTANDING!”

“The service was easy to use. Just put in the car info, pick a battery, and have the installer come and put in the new battery. My only concern which the company has not addressed is that the battery that was installed is not the battery I paid for.”

“For the third time I went outside and my battery was dead. I decided it was time for a new one. After reading all the reviews on 1- 800 -battery, I decided to give them a try. They were excellent in their communication, the technician was extremely nice and installed my new battery in a timely manner They also came to the house at the time I had requested. Don't be afraid to use this company”

“**Before you read this, please note: I do not like to write bad reviews. I know things happen out of the control of the company, but this was...wow...next-level BS.** Oh, dear lord...avoid at all costs. I put in an order this past Monday for an appt. on Tuesday between 2-4 PM. I was not only ghosted for the appt. I was ghosted for 3 other appointments. No call. No nothing. No one ever reached out to me to say, "Hey, Sorry. We're really busy, and we need to reschedule." I had to call 4 times, reschedule the appt. with promises from the company, "Oh, they will be there for sure!" Yeah...no. ! I had to take off work for 2 1/2 days due to appts being made and then ghosted. The battery in my car was dead. If I had not called, I believe I would STILL be waiting for my battery! Never again. Wow!”

“The ordering process was quick and easy. From order to install took about 2 days... ordered Tuesday afternoon and the install happened Thursday morning. I did have to email customer service to drill down an actual install date. Overall, I wish it would have been faster but I'm happy with the service.”
