“Arrived timely. Pleasant personality and replaced the dead battery quickly! Also used your company to get a new battery in my grandson’s car on the 24th of December which is why I used your company for my own car’s battery replacement. Two times great service!”

“When I placed my initial order with your company, I was informed that the specific battery I wanted was out of stock; consequently—and reluctantly—I ordered a more expensive alternative. However, the item that was actually delivered turned out to be the very product that had supposedly been out of stock. After installing the battery, I called to request a credit adjustment, explaining that I had received a product different from the one I had paid for. Yet, your customer service representative refused my request, claiming that the two products were priced identically. However, a quick check of your company's website clearly shows that the two products are listed at different prices. I find this situation deeply offensive; it feels as though you are treating your customers like fools.”

“The technician arrived same day and on time and completed the battery replacement efficiently. It was also appreciated that they took the time to check for any possible causes of power drain, and also verified the vehicle was in good running condition with the new battery. Great job!”

“Ordered a replacement within warranty as the first died in about 13 months. The technician came - told me it wasn't a battery issue and didn't replace. I therefore was charged the technician fee. Took the car to the dealership and had to pay another several hundred to determine: it was the battery that needed to be replaced.”
