“I guess you didn't read the note I sent along with the cancellation of my order. I am very disappointed by your company's lack of service. I requested a service appointment yesterday, Sunday, between noon and 2:00, and no one ever showed up. I called customer service and never got a call back. I texted, only to find out you guys don't work on weekends. Seems very deceptive. I was willing to pay the very high installation fee for the convenience of having your technician come to take care of this at my house, but it was anything but convenient....it was nothing at all. I may be willing to reorder if you promise someone would come out this morning and give me a meaningful discount off the price....otherwise goodbye and good luck.”

“WOW! What a great company! My battery died in our sub-zero cold snap and I wasn't sure how to deal with getting the car to a service center. Didn't know you guys existed but when I saw you'd come to the house and install a new battery I signed up immediately. You saved me hours of sitting around in a waiting room...Rob was here on time and only needed about 10 minutes to fix everything. OUTSTANDING!”

“The service was easy to use. Just put in the car info, pick a battery, and have the installer come and put in the new battery. My only concern which the company has not addressed is that the battery that was installed is not the battery I paid for.”

“For the third time I went outside and my battery was dead. I decided it was time for a new one. After reading all the reviews on 1- 800 -battery, I decided to give them a try. They were excellent in their communication, the technician was extremely nice and installed my new battery in a timely manner They also came to the house at the time I had requested. Don't be afraid to use this company”

“**Before you read this, please note: I do not like to write bad reviews. I know things happen out of the control of the company, but this was...wow...next-level BS.** Oh, dear lord...avoid at all costs. I put in an order this past Monday for an appt. on Tuesday between 2-4 PM. I was not only ghosted for the appt. I was ghosted for 3 other appointments. No call. No nothing. No one ever reached out to me to say, "Hey, Sorry. We're really busy, and we need to reschedule." I had to call 4 times, reschedule the appt. with promises from the company, "Oh, they will be there for sure!" Yeah...no. ! I had to take off work for 2 1/2 days due to appts being made and then ghosted. The battery in my car was dead. If I had not called, I believe I would STILL be waiting for my battery! Never again. Wow!”

“The ordering process was quick and easy. From order to install took about 2 days... ordered Tuesday afternoon and the install happened Thursday morning. I did have to email customer service to drill down an actual install date. Overall, I wish it would have been faster but I'm happy with the service.”

“Horrible experience. Ordered battery delivery installation. Order window 1000-1200. At 1030 status changed saying assigned a driver. Sat with this status for hours. Customer service claims they cannot get a hold of the driver and won't reassign the order. Still sitting here hours later and no movement. Just stalling tactics from the customer service person "Waiting for my supervisor" "Driver will be there soon." "he's responded 45 minutes (hours later.......)”

“The new car battery died the next day. It turned out that it was the auxiliary battery that was bad and causing the main battery to drain. The auxiliary battery operates the stop go feature on the car.”

“The technician that installed my battery was outstanding. Both installers were professional and efficient. My complaint is that I used this service to replace my battery just one year ago. I used it again because it is easy and user friendly. I hope someone will reach out and compensate me for poor quality since I did not chose the most inexpensive option and the warranty was for 3 years.”

“Fabulous experiece! It was quick and easy to select the battery and installation online. They did a great job of keeping me informed. The installer came within a matter of a few hours to replace our dead battery with the new one. Highly recommend 1-800-Battery!”
