Unfortunately, I placed an order yesterday for a much needed replacement battery to be delivered yesterday afternoon. On your website, I paid to have it delivered and chose a delivery window between 12pm and 2pm CT. I then got a notification is was out for delivery around 12:30pm. I waited until 4:30pm and tried to use your website's chat function, but no one responded. I then called Customer Service and the gentlemen told me that, unfortunately, that battery was not in stock and would be available until Monday. In short, your site didn't tell me it wasn't in stock and in fact showed me it was on the way, and NO ONE contacted me to let me know if was not coming, so I waited all day for something that was never going to arrive...beyond frustrating, and I highly doubt I will ever use your company for a future purhase.

This was my first time using this company. My car battery died and I needed a replacement fast. I was at home and no way to get a jump so I googled battery near me and it was the third one up. I saw that they would deliver and install so I found a battery on their site. They came within an hour of me ordering to install. The technician was very professional and friendly ; got right to work and installed my battery. Very impressed with the techs work. Great job great price . I am very satisfied.

I couldn’t find the right battery anywhere. Because I have a hybrid car it was a an unusual one. Not only was the price good but it was delivered and installed within two hours.

Thank you very much. It was a very pleasant experience. I did not have to ask my neighbors to jump my vehicle then drive to a facility that I would have to wait a couple of hours for perhaps. The technician Willy was very great cooperative did the job within five or 10 minutes And that was the problem with the van. It was the battery. And your price is comparable to the prices of a drive-in get a new battery operation. I will recommend this to anybody who has having a problem here in Chicago. Thanks again.

ordered a battery for my Mercedes-Benz SUV, and my experience started off great. The website was easy to use, and my interactions with the corporate representative who called me were professional and pleasant. Unfortunately, the installation experience went downhill. I scheduled the service for an 8:00–10:00 AM window because I needed to be somewhere afterward, but the installer did not arrive until 10:30. He said he called me, but I had no missed calls. It was very cold outside, and when I asked if he could knock or call me if he needed me, he was rude and said he would “make an exception” this time, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Additionally, he didn’t know whether the battery was located in the hood or the trunk of my vehicle and asked me, which I wouldn’t reasonably know—that’s why I hired a professional service. To top it off, once the job was done, he directly asked me for a tip, which felt awkward and unprofessional. Overall, the product and corporate experience were strong, but the installer’s punctuality and professionalism left a lot to be desired.

After AAA could not help me, I called 800 battery, and within 2 hours a battery was delivered and installed. I was up and running again, thanks to a great job done by Jason.

The worst service you can get! I called at 2pm and placed an order for a battery. Mine died, car didn’t make a sound, went through the process and made them aware I was stranded! They processed my request told me I was a priority. Two hours passed no one came, I was told they don’t have a technician in my area. Seriously, 2026 Nashua - southern NH. I asked if I should go with another company was told no they where getting someone, at 6pm the information went quiet and I was texted they could help me until the next day. The worst experience they actually market they can help you anywhere, not the case southern NH is out. Go somewhere else AAA did the same service for less and responded asap with a new battery and were super heroes!

Terrible experience! The service provider arrive 2 hours late. It took him 1 hour to replace the battery. I was late to my appointment due to the delays. After the battery was replaced, now my car is showing a check battery light and I get a warning that the charging system needs to be checked. I will not use your service again. Waste of time and money.

Was EXTREMELY impressed with the service. I placed my order at 3:45PM and by 9PM my battery was delivered and installed with NO issues. Evidently my Cadillac model presents some challenges when replacing a battery. My installer GeJuara was not only professional, he was very personable. I would not hesitate using this service again. It sure beats going to the dealership and spending time there. Well done. Very nice to pay for a service and the service is beyond expectations. 5 stars!

Had a dead battery in myold VW Beetle -- contacted 1-800-Battery by phone (as I'm a Dinosaur with computers) and a lovely female answered and advised about the appropriate battery for my vehicle. I arranged to have the battery delivered and installed and it was done later on the same day by a pleasant and knowledgeable tech. Very satisfied and would highly recommend !!!
