“I will not use this service again. The window time at the time I completed the order for a delivery and installation of a battery was 2-3 hours or 1 pm latest. Then the updates given were fake and ultimately after multiple calls where I asked for the technician/driver himself to contact me it became apparent that now the window time was 3-5 pm. After speaking to the technician he said he was able to re-arrange his appointments and came at 3:15 pm. When he began installing the battery I noticed it was not the one that I had purchased. The 1-800-Battery person told me it was a "better one" for the same price as what I purchased. I have no idea but went along with it. I'm still waiting for my $10 credit and information from them about what battery they installed. Ultimately, since I have no confidence in 1-800-Battery I took a picture of what the technician's order instructions were. The technician was fine.”

“The service was great. Tobias, who completed the service, was professional, polite and explained everything well. One suggestion - if possible, please provide an estimate of when the technician might arrive. I wanted all day not knowing when the service would be completed.”

“The tech Chris was great. I think you could improve on the timeliness. I don’t think asap to me should be the next day. I was a bit disappointed on how long it took to get my battery changed but when Chris showed up he was very professional and quick. He was great”

“Good afternoon this is George Grondin. We purchased a battery 31 800 number on Saturday and we were informed that we would receive it on Monday morning midday. I called one 800 battery and they looked it up and said oh they didn’t do anything with the order which is frustrating and I was told it was gonna be delivered originally Monday morning GrubHub not positive of the delivery service, but they’d ask if we wanted it delivered to the front door or to ring the doorbell. Let us know. I ask for the doorbell and talking with your Support person on the phone this afternoon. The order was not shipped and would be delivered today by the installer, which is totally different what we assumed that we had to pay for the installer fee upfront not what was originally stated in the agreement so consequently, it’s sitting at 4:30 unable to go anywhere with the car waiting for a battery and all I get is I’m sorry thank you bye now when I call, I don’t even get an answer as they’re closed. I don’t believe this is a good way to do business from a customer standpoint. please return my call as soon as possible 210-612-1711 George Grondin.”

“Hello, well, my experience wasn't well because I still haven't gotten the battery. Cause the order had to be canceled. Cause the store was not open at the time that you guys were supposed to get the battery. there were some less expensive batteries that you could not offer. I don't know why to be installed. In conclusion, I still don't have a car because the battery's dead.”
