Pretty good service. The battery was to come 2-4 on Monday and didn’t get here until Tuesday. The customer service reps did a nice job of following through. The installer was a great guy too.

I read the online reviews, which were great, so I put in a request for a battery purchase and installation. I requested a 9-11 a.m. window for service. I called at 11:30 to inquire on the status and was told that they were trying to locate someone to install the battery. Huh?? Why was that not on the website when I selected a service window? I specifically selected this company and service time becuase I had to be somewhere in the afternoon. The technician did not get here until after 1:30. Definitely not worth the price.

Cheaper than all the other companies around. AAA, towing companies, emergency services (locksmith/roadside services). Followed instructions call before so I could meet them at my car. Kept appointment,fast,friendly, professional technician. Will do business with them again and will definitely let people know about them

My experience with Battery.com was outstanding. From Jose's excellent help on the phone to Devon Campbell who actually installed the battery. Devon was amazing. He was right on time and had my car up and running in less than 15 minutes. The customer service was so good that I actually posted it in our building listserve.

What an easy way to replace a battery! Website let me pick day and time for installation, and the mechanic arrived right on time. And the mechanic was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I hope I don't find myself needing another battery, but if I do, I know who I'll call.

Not listing your non refundable fees is deceptive. Although I like the premise of how you help customers, it should be noted on the website prior to purchase, these so called non refundable fees. I think transparency makes all the difference. Lastly your chat service is OK at best. Response times are unsatisfactory.

They were unable to complete the contracted replacement. This caused a minimum of a 2 day delay in getting my car running again. When unable to meet initially scheduled installation, I was notified and accepted a 1 day delay. Was not advised of a new time for that day as promised. The next day, I was informed that they could not get a driver out to my location. I would have thought they would have known that from the beginning, it isn't like I live in outer Mongolia.

Sergio was great, he double checked if the battery was the right size for my car because I left the wrong information when I bought the battery on the web site. My car starts and runs as new again, thank you!

Although the on line process was a bit confusing , the arrival and battery replacement could nit have been smiother. The tech was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this service to anyone in need.

Sorry, just now getting to this review from a September purchase and a speedy delivery of excellent service. My experience with the lifetime of batteries made me aware to be cautious of their possible sudden need for replacement at about 5 years, and it can vary. Of course, my 5-year-plus battery would not start in the morning. I had no difficulty starting before this day, or I might have gone to the auto store. Luckily I didn't have work that day, and I began exploring options: neighbor jump start, no cables, call a friend, naa, look online for a mobile delivery option. I have had AAA in the past, but I don't travel often, so I didn't feel the need and unsubscribed. Well, I'll join again because that's a service they offer, but upon investigation for new members, there is an additional $150 charge in addition to battery, delivery, and installation charges. So I looked online and found 1-800-Battery, and I'm so glad I did. I wanted a quality battery delivery and installation that was appropriate. I had just moved and had no tools, and frankly didn't want to mess with installation. I got my battery delivered and installed the same day! My technician, Abel, was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I had made a mess of things with baking soda and vinegar, thinking I might need to clean the connecting cables, because there was some buildup, but it didn't help. Abel went far and beyond to clean around the area and cables after installation. Even provided tips for future maintenance. Everything was spic and span with a quality name-brand battery. I'm not sure the battery store guy would have done better. Now, the service price may be a little higher than other store options or self-installation, but in my mind, it is well worth it, including the peace of mind of quickly resolving the issue. I will be using 1-800-Battery again if they're still around five plus years from now!

Patience. When it was 2pm, my scheduled arrival was between 12 and 2pm, no call, no one had arrived; within 15 minutes someone did call and was at my apartment changing out my son’s battery.

First of all My technician Kyle Smithers was rude and unprofessional. Second , I am getting this message ‘ drive carefully systems initializing’ and the message is not clearing he might haven’t tightened the terminals and I am going to take it to the dealership to check my car out.

We have trusted 1-800-Battery twice in the last two months and I’d use them again in the future! The first time, we needed a battery for my fiancé‘s Nissan Versa and they were wonderful! They came out within the time window specified, and kept me updated as to the arrival time of their installer. He was fantastic! We had a slight problem with the battery, however, and it needed to be exchanged… But the driver ran back right away…obtained the correct battery and returned within 20 minutes. Things happen, and he handled it with professionalism and kindness. The second time was yesterday and I needed a new battery for my 2013 Mustang convertible. The guys came out earlier than expected, which was perfect for me! Again they let me know of the approximate arrival time of the installer and he fixed my car within 20 minutes. I went out this morning and she started right up! As I said above, I would use this company again and again! Their installers are phenomenal! Thank you so much! I hope this review was helpful!
