He had no rags , lubricant or anything. Acted like he was in a hurry after I waited until 5:30pm to get services from a 9:00am call. No calls, no email updates. I had to reach out to customer service. By 11am they finally responded and said the earliest they could get someone out to my house was 5pm to replace the car battery. There shouldn’t be available appointments online at 8 am when there is no one available until 5pm.”
