“seems like because Battery was still in warranty they made me wait and wait longer, NO communication at all waited online forever then call dropped. i had to go buy my own battery and install myself, could not wait no longer. very poor service. never will call again.”

“I just bought the battery so it is too early to tell how the battery is. The service tech was on time, knowledgeable and efficient. I also like the notification the company sent me all along as the tech was arriving to my home. It added to the "safety' factor for a single female like myself. I appreciated that.”

“I was supposed to receive my battery on July 14, 2025, within two hours, but I never received it. I called and they rescheduled for my battery to be delivered on July 15, 2025, between 9 AM and 11 AM, but that did not happen either. I called again this morning at 10:30 AM since I did not hear from the driver. I was told that they only have one driver. I'm very, very disappointed and will never use your company again.”

“I initially contacted 1-800-Battery after seeing their website while searching for help with my car. After speaking with a representative who was reassuring and informative, I decided to move forward with the service. I was told a technician would arrive within 2 to 3 hours, and to my surprise, they were exactly on time. The technician arrived, let me know I could stay inside, and handled everything efficiently. When I came back out, all my dashboard warning lights were gone, and my car was running smoothly again. I highly recommend 1-800-Battery—excellent service and a seamless experience from start to finish.”

“We placed the order the night before around 4PM. We had to call at 8:39AM the next day to ask for a status. Spoke to Jose was told they were dispatching in the next 15 mins. 2 hours passed called again. Again spoke to Jose, was told he personally was taking care of it. Jose called me , 45 mins later to inform me no one was coming. And I would have to wait 2-3 days. For a refund , as he is telling me this the tech showed up at my door. Tech Nathaniel was very nice. Jose was useless. Could not give me a name or number to a supervisor and just was like oh well. I know you’re stranded with no car and we have your money but nothing I can do. Will not use this company again.”

“The experience was very positive. Placed the order online and in a couple hours my battery and the installer came directly to my location and installed, and took the old battery. The installer was efficient and made sure it was working properly. Very courteous and a flawless process.”

“Hello Richard, my name is Henry Mavrinac and I purchased a battery from you on 7/3/25. My experience was a good one except for one thing. When your technician was getting ready to leave I asked him for the 3 year battery warranty for my 2009 Saturn Aura XR. He told me he would email it before he left. When I checked my email there was nothing. Richard, I am old school and I want to see a paper warranty. If I have an issue with this battery I should be able to reference my purchase date with a paper warranty. Thank you for your attention to this matter. You can mail my 3yr.warranty to 15543 Arroyo Drive Oak Forest,IL 60452. Thanks again, Henry Mavrinac”
