“Overall a good business model. Two issues 1). The differences and descriptions of alternative batteries was not clear. 2). The service was provided 2 1/2 hours after the appointment. Serviceman who installed the battery was excellent when he finally arrived.”

“Placed order online then was called and told they couldn't fulfill unless I purchased a different battery that cost $150 more. Cancelled the order and went someplace that would sell me the same-priced battery as was listed on this site. I'm sure the service is fine if you don't mind or don't encounter the upsell/bait and switch.”

“I was shocked at the appearance of the man that showed up at home, he had on dirty clothing and did not appear in anyway professional. He did not know how to get the battery out of my jeep. He banged on the battery and the terminal connections with his tools. I had to pull up a You tube video to show him how to get the battery out. He dropped one of his tools into the inside of the hood which was not found, he said oh well, I have more tools. Then he said to me I hope you give me a good review.”

“Actual battery replacement was good but it was installed approximately 24 after the contracted time. I will tell my friends that your service is unreliable in relation to promised time. The person was a day late because of celebrating his mothers birthday,”

“What a great service, easy and affordable. The attention to detail with tracking of the service provider and accurate timing was great! Benjamin the service provider was awesome. He did a thorough check and spent the time to show the battery can be removed and tested outside of the car. He left me comfortable that my car was safe to drive with the new battery. I will definitely recommend your service to anyone I know if they have a battery issue. Thank you for offering a great service at an affordable price.”

“I ordered a 4pm home service and technician turned up at 1030 am that delayed an appointment I was supposed to be at. Although effective the technician didn't have "a good bedside manner". When I asked about resetting the computer system he said I did not need to. He left quickly. The battery operated but the car anti collision controls, power steering and chassis settings do not work. I needed to take to a dealer that will charge me an additional $400 just to get it reprogrammed. I wish I knew this before purchasing your service”

“Saved the day! I had a completely dead battery so dead it wouldn't hold a charge long enough to get to the auto parts store and I don't have any close friends where I live- I was completely distraught for days. Then a Google search came up with 1-800-battery and a few hours later my vehicle was running again. The person they sent out was kind, professional, and reassuring. Took him less than 30 minutes! Hopefully I won't have to use this service again but if I do I'm definitely choosing this company.”

“So...it's been over 24 hours. No one ever contacted me or showed up to change my battery. I finally canceled my order after having to jump start my car for the 2nd day in a row. And haven't been issued any type of refund as of yet. Or have anyone reach out to ask me about me canceling.”

“The process was seamless. I knew it was battery issue but worry that it could be more. I have 2008 Prius still in good condition with all parts working. From the time I placed the order to the battery installation, the service went as planned with no hiccups. My only issue is the usability of the website email. The email was too wordy and I had to read a lot of text just to find the current status. My experience would be more relaxed, but i would still recommend this service.”
