Called at 8AM had an installed battery by noon, great service. The installer was professional and complete 5he change in under 15 minutes. The charge was fair and I would use them again.

Used your company several years ago. Called late Friday ..your people very helpful. Since it was late we decided to install new battery on Saturday morning.your tech called and came to our townhouse. Took old battery to your store and came back with new battery and installed. Car working. I am happen with service ..I have asked for the brand and model number of new battery via the email address... if you could follow up on this request John Walter

What a "find" !....Cannot thank you eneough for your quick customer service. Everthing was smooth from beginning to end. You brougt the new battery and Bam...we were done! Awesome custome service and all achieved on-line. Amazing!

Recently the old battery in my Mercedes finally died and found that getting it replaced by 1-900-Battery was one of the easiest decisions I ever had to make. Just one phone call was all it took and a new battery was on it's way. The technician that showed up was very respectful and knew exactly what to do. Within minutes he had replaced the dead battery and had my car up and running again. If you want fast professional service 1-800-Battery is the go to people and best value for your money.

Worst experience ever. My appointment was at 10AM. It is 5 hours later and still no service. I have called multiple times and I keep being told “technician will call you, they will be there in 30”, which was clearly a lie. Do not ever use this service.

I felt like the communication was lacking. After paying online, no one contacted me with further information until I engaged the chat bot to inquire when I might expect a technician. Without notice, I was informed in the chat that the tech would arrive that morning. I had to reschedule a meeting so I would be available, but by noon the tech had not arrived. When I engaged the chat again to get another ETA I was told that the tech had arrived at my office that morning, but had not received an answer after repeatedly texting the number I gave, and left after 20 minutes. No one asked if the number I gave was a cell phone or a landline. Because this was a fleet vehicle and I was a work, I gave a landline number and could obviously not receive texts. I was told that in order for the tech to return, I would have to pay a $50 fee. When I insisted the mistake was not mine, it was waived. The tech who finally came was knowledgeable and did a good job. My only complaint was with the lack of communication prior to the visit.

My battery was completely dead and I couldn’t even jumpstarted from another car. I need it in a brand new battery. I called at 9 AM and by 11 AM. I had my new battery installed. They were very professional. They did a great job.

The website was easy. On installation day, I rcvd a text 20 min b4 the appt that had a GPS map showing my installers location & continually updating me on how many minutes b4 he will arrive. Loved that! James, my installer, was professional, friendly & knowledgable. He went above & beyond b/c my battery was in my trunk. I didn't know that so ofcourse it was full of "stuff". He took everything out with a smile. Very nice guy. I highly recommend this service!

While the technician assigned to replace my car’s battery was very nice, I had more than one communication issue with 1-800-Battery. I originally scheduled my appointment for Sunday, 11a-2p. That appointment time came and went, and I had to reach out to customer service to figure out what happened. The representative on the chat was so slow to respond to each of my messages but finally said there was a problem with dispatching my order and that they’d have to move my appointment to Monday between 8a and 10a. Fine, but why hadn’t anyone reached out about this issue and needing to reschedule before I did? So Monday morning I get a text saying 1-800-Battery is on the way and the tech will arrive in 42 minutes. 3 hours later, still nothing. So again, I have to reach out to see what is going on. I messaged again to ask for an updated ETA and get a response from the tech saying he texted this morning and because he didn’t get a response from me, he thought I was unavailable and skipped my appointment. There was absolutely NO indication in any communication I received that said I needed to respond or confirm, just that the tech was on his way. How was I supposed to know I needed to respond?? It read like an automated text and didn’t ask for any kind of response. So much of my time wasted. To top it all off, the tech dropped one of the bolts for attaching the car battery and wasn’t able to locate it so now I have another to-do on the list. Why wouldn’t a car battery tech carry extra bolts? The whole experience was very frustrating, especially the lack of clear communication from customer service.
