After speaking with a representative who was reassuring and informative, I decided to move forward with the service. I was told a technician would arrive within 2 to 3 hours, and to my surprise, they were exactly on time. The technician arrived, let me know I could stay inside, and handled everything efficiently. When I came back out, all my dashboard warning lights were gone, and my car was running smoothly again.
