The website listed the incorrect battery for my vehicle. Then the company tried to charge me an additional $100 for the correct battery. When I refused to pay another price for their mistake, they refused to assist in anyway and charged me $96 for my car to be jumped. Odd reason. Every time I called the company no one answered and I was placed on hold for more then 15 minutes until I gave up. Only the hat function was usable. It was a terrible experience. This company takes advantage of people in situations our of their control and does not meet the expectations of even minimal customer service.
