Giving a 4. Service was great, however:
1. Quoted a time that was not met
2. Website indicated WHICH battery was needed, when the tech got to the house, he stated it was the wrong battery and it was more expensive. Of course...no surprise there.
It was disappointing to say the least that I had to spend more than expected.
