We received a new battery, it was installed and it works. The customer service was not good however. Luckily we were located at our house but we were originally told just over an hour. 3 hours later they did arrive- with no incoming communication about the delay- we had to call multiple times. I completely understand being busy but just an update would have been useful for planning purposes. When the tech arrived he didn’t test the old battery, or speak to my husband at all/ he was on a phone call the whole time. So I guess the utility is fine but don’t expect any customer service.
