I was disappointed with the way my service request was managed and handled. In particular no updates regarding status. The service request was made on Friday afternoon 12/17 and I was told it would take approximately two hours to complete the battery replacement. I texted your firm after waiting 2.5 hours only to learn the service wouldn't happen until 12/18 between 11 AM and noon. At approximately 12:30 on 12/18 I texted and called your firm to get confirmation the order would be completed. The service was completed at approximately 3:15 on 12/18. As a customer, being stranded without the courtesy of truthful/accurate updates is bad business. The "technician" who installed the battery is a new hire of yours, he was polite and did the job in short order. My issue is that I had to initiate communication with your firm to get updates and status; otherwise, I was left waiting. The "optimistic" time estimates given without the means in place to meet those estimates is not good business.
