For the convenience, the cost of the battery and installation was well worth it. The Chat Rep Online, Ryan, was very helpful and calmed my fears about giving my personal information online by stating the chat and website was secure. It took longer than my estimated ETA; but when the mechanic, Paul, arrived he was able to quickly install my new battery. The mechanic was very polite.
