I love the concept of this service. While it all worked out in the end, the wait time of 10 hours late was not good. My advice would be to communicate to the customer who pays in advance for a service. It was a little expensive but the convenience was worth it. Would like to have a warranty in hand instead of calling when/if an issue comes up.
