The rep Corey Reneau was prompt friendly and courteous but battery took longer to replace than the 15 min quoted by one of the reps I had previously spoken with on the phone ....about 45 min. Also disappointed that he, unfortunately, broke off a small piece of the battery holder which will need to be replaced thus adding to the time and cost of battery replacement. And upset that although I initially reached someone quickly to inquire, I then had to redial several times to try to make appt after being serially disconnected and waited on hold for a total of total 3 hours while the entire time recording said would be with me in 1 minute!!! So had to give up and use live chat
