The service tech was great -- he knew his way around my 2009 prius like he had done a million of them, and it's not an easy one. Unfortunately, the 1800-battery communications system is atrocious. Appt. was scheduled for 9-11am. No word by 12:00. No one to call, no one to follow up with. I had to go online to chat, and they informed me it might be another hour or two and I would get a msg when the tech was on the way. Absolutely unacceptable in this day. I can't recommend this service because of the communications lapse, but the tech was great.
