Net 3 stars as 5 for having car battery installed in my driveway. 5 stars for the ordering process and notification of when the technician was to arrive. 1 star for the technician who installed the wrong battery and leaving before even telling us he was done. SMH.
I will still use and recommend this service in the future - i'll just say to watch the battery being installed.
