I am incredibly impressed with the service we received with 1-800-Battery. I scheduled an appointment for my elderly mother as I couldn't get to her to take care of the issue myself. The technician was on time, understood the situation and was not only incredibly kind and thoughtful to her, quickly fixed an issue with the order providing the wrong battery. I'm incredibly grateful for the help and service they provided and have already shared the story with multiple people to know that they exist and to trust the company.
