Because the technician was overwhelmed that day, he did not arrive within the scheduled 2-hour window, and he did not contact me to tell me he would be late. I had to call the 800 number and wait on hold for nearly a half hour before a CSR was able to address the issue and confirm that he was coming, but would be an additional 90 minutes late. Once he got here, he was extremely apologetic, courteous and efficient and had the installation complete within 10 minutes.
