Track your driver here: https://onf.lt/a82e9e0e8f" 4:59pm, missed call from 1800battery 5:10pm, I called back 1800battery. no agent available 7:28pm tracking links showing "service completed" I did not see anyone 7:30pm, I called 1800battery. office closed. Certainly I am not happy with the experience. I emailed info and was informed that Ricky the techinician arrived service location and made a phone call. I did not pick up thus, the service was cancelled. This process could be improved. I asked for refund.
