This is the first time I used 1-800-battery, my chevy volt 12v battery died and the car would not move. I thought I would have to tow it to the dealer to get it replaced. I called Sunday afternoon and they sent a guy within 2 hours to replace the battery - not a simple task in a chevy volt. He was knowledgeable and handled the replacement easily. I was up and running within 30 minutes after he got there. I highly recommend this service.
