Overall a good experience. The original arrival time (between 3 & 5pm) was way off. Eddie didn't arrive until after 7:30, but when I called they said he was servicing all of Dallas/Fort Worth! You might want to hire more people! That being said Eddie was professional & courteous & got my new battery secured in a short amount of time.
