The technician arrived in a timely manner and installed the battery quickly and efficiently. The only concern that I have is that the price was $10 more by calling over the phone versus ordering online which is why I removed one star. The website was not working properly so I was not able to submit my order online or I definitely would have paid that route and saved that $10.
