Overall the experience was terrible. I had to buy a new battery again the next day because the battery that was installed was an aftermarket model they didn’t fit the casing. The installed battery was not properly installed. Screws were loose and even stripped. When I called in I was basically told I was out of luck and that I should dispute charges. I am fairly certain if my name was Bob Smith I wouldn’t have received this type of treatment.
