Made an appointment for 10:00-12:00 today. Never came, even after texted. Kept saying couldn't reach tech. Then said maybe 3:00-4:00 but not sure. No excuse.
I made a specific appointment so wouldn't happen. Two-hour window should be enough. Wasted most of day for appointment that never came.
