They are everything they claim to be!! Fast, professional, friendly and HONEST!!!! The technician told me that I really didn't need a new battery and even showed me why. I truly appreciated his honesty! I did replace the battery anyway, because I had been having problems with it. However, I was very pleased that the technician was honest enough to explain everything to me when Firestone and the Honda dealer were not. Way to go 1-800-Battery!
